Solarplaza Summit | The Netherlands

The one meeting place for the Dutch
solar PV industry

Post-SDE++ Era | Storage & Hybrid Projects | Smart Energy Systems

The Netherlands boasts enormous growth potential for investments and PV deployment, ranking among the ten most attractive solar markets in the world. Yet only 2.1% of the Netherlands’ total energy consumption in 2021 came from solar. How can the solar community play an active role in accelerating the growth of Dutch solar PV?

Pressing issues such as the phase-out of the Dutch subsidy scheme (SDE++), an overloaded electricity grid, a shortage of labor capacity, and high construction costs all need to be overcome, but more is needed for the Dutch energy ecosystem to realize its full potential. The key could be in creating more integrated solar energy systems, where smart solutions such as electric vehicles, solar carports, rooftops, hybrid renewables, and energy storage, are combined into one holistic approach.

Join us for a festive 15th edition of the Solarplaza Summit The Netherlands. We will bring together a diverse group of local and international solar stakeholders, with even more networking opportunities. We will celebrate the achievements of the solar energy industry in the Netherlands, and innovatively discuss what its future will look like.
