12:00

Bridging the Gap: How Decisions Made During Development can Negatively or Positively Impact your OPEX

60 min.

Getting a renewable project up and running requires the collaboration of various stakeholders to be a success. However, although the role of the developer, EPC and asset manager is relatively well-defined, there is a lack of involvement of the developer and construction managers in the complete lifecycle of an asset. The implications of the decisions made by these stakeholders in the initial phase of a project have a huge impact on the lifetime management of that asset. Trivial decisions can sometimes make for a very costly O&M.

Join this workshop to learn from the experts on how to take a value chain approach to the development and management of your assets. During this workshop we will bridge the gap between developer, construction contractor and asset manager so that each stakeholder has a holistic perspective on how their decision impacts the O&M and OPEX costs of a project.
