In 2009 - 2018 he was CFO and Deputy CEO of DUON Group and Fortum Markets Polska, following Duon acquisition by Fortum at 2016. Earlier he worked for Orange, KPMG Corporate Finance and Nafta Polska dealing with M&A, business valuations and strategy advisory projects. Before joining R. Power at 2020, he was a partner at Movens Capital, VC/PE fund and part-time CFO at one of the fund's portfolio companies. CIMA Member as ACMA, CGMA. At R.Power manages Structured Finance, PPA, Asset Management and M&A departments.

Filip Sypko is a versatile manager with 11 years of professional experience. Both as an entrepreneur and a manager, he had the opportunity to lead commercial, technical and business development departments. In the solar industry for 5 years. Previously, he was responsible for the development of a unique solar-as-a-service product and the development of industrial scale projects in 6 markets with a total capacity of over 2 GW for a pan-European solar developer. An expert in the field of utility-scale and C&I solar projects, with a very broad view of the solar industry, starting from greenfield development and M&A, through construction and supply chain, to O&M and offtake. Currently in charge of developing utility-scale and C&I business line for Menlo Electric, fastest growing distributor in EMEA. A graduate of the Faculty of Energy and Fuels at the AGH University of Science and Technology in Kraków, MBA studies at Koźmiński Executive Business School in Warsaw and Technische Universität Clausthal in Clausthal-Zellerfeld.

Lukasz Witkowski has over 15 years of experience in the renewable energy industry. Lukasz currently holds the position of Vice President of Development at Better Energy since October 2022. Prior to that, they served as Vice President at Polskie Stowarzyszenie Fotowoltaiki starting from April 2019. Lukasz also had a significant tenure at EDP Renewables, where they held multiple roles including Head of Project Management and Environmental Department, Head of Project Management Department, and Senior Project Manager. Lukasz worked at Nordex as a Technical Sales Manager in 2012 and at Gamesa as a Project Manager/Wind Farm Developer from 2007 to 2011. Lukasz began their career as a Trainee at EC Baltic Renewable Energy Centre (EC BREC) in 2007 and at ENERGA OPERATOR S. A. in 2006. Lukasz Witkowski completed their Bachelor's degree in the Faculty of Electrical Engineering at W arsaw University of Technology from 2002 to 2007. Lukasz then pursued further education at the University of Patras in 2007, where they obtained a Master's degree in the same field. In 2010, Lukasz enrolled in postgraduate studies at Kozminski University and successfully completed an MBA program specifically designed for engineers, which concluded in 2012.

He joined in 2021 to head the technical, commercial, and strategic aspects of the company’s stand-alone and co-located storage projects in the UK and also developing the overseas storage strategy. Econergy is currently building over 100MWh of battery storage projects in the UK and has a further 1GW of storage projects nearing ready to build. Before joining Econergy, he worked for a leading German inverter manufacturer, SMA Solar Technology, where he served as the technical expert for the UK and Ireland. He has been involved in the design and delivery of over 800MW of utility-scale solar and storage projects.
