Justyna Jamroży is a senior associate at Dentons' Warsaw office a member of Banking and Finance practice team. She concentrates on banking, financial, commercial and civil law. Her main areas of interest focus on corporate financings provided by syndicate banks, acting on both the lenders’ and the borrowers’ side. She has led or participated in numerous finance transactions, including syndicated and bilateral term and revolving loan facilities, project finance, real estate and asset finance, restructuring loans and acquisition finance. Her experience covers drafting and negotiating credit documentation, in particular LMA standard loan documentation, term sheets, mandate letters, as well as security documents.

Piotr Dziwniel, attorney-at-law and counsel with the Energy and Natural Resources practice team and Dentons’ Warsaw office. Piotr is a vastly experienced advisor in acquisitions and sales of wind and photovoltaic farms, in project development, construction work financing and comprehensive due diligence of RES projects. He also specializes in, among other things, drafting and negotiating delivery agreements, EPC contracts, and agreements for the operation and maintenances of RES installations.
