Previously, he worked at Ørsted and EDF as a short-term quantitative market analyst. He graduated from École Polytechnique and DTU.

Investment Director within the Ecological Transition department at Banque des Territoires, I have been working for the past 10 years in the renewable energy sector in France. I focus on structuring partnerships alongside public and private investors, with the aim of significantly accelerating the growth of renewable assets in France and ensuring their integration through storage infrastructure. Banque des Territoires is a key player in France’s ecological transformation. It has recognized expertise in this sector, with an installed capacity of 10 GW of renewable assets in France.

Léo Chalon has worked in finance since 2014 and joined Greensolver in 2020. He leads financial advisory missions focused on renewable energy projects, including financial modelling, business plan review, project financing, M&A, and portfolio analysis across technologies such as wind, solar, BESS, biomethane, and EV charging.

Corentin graduated in engineering at an engineering school in Paris (Ponts et Chaussées) and studied his master in sustainable energies at the Imperial College in London. Corentin has joined Clean Horizon in 2016 and is now partner, he is heading market analysis activities. As such, he acts as project manager on key market analysis projects as well as price forecasts efforts of the company. Additionally, Corentin is the commercial director of Clean Horizon.

.Alexandre Soroko is Deputy CEO in charge of revenue at ZE Energy, an independent renewable energy producer specializing in hybrid PV + storage solutions. A recognized expert in energy markets, he brings over 15 years of experience across finance, regulation, and the structuring of power purchase agreements (PPAs). After starting his career at the French Energy Regulatory Commission (CRE), he held roles at Oddo BHF, Uniper, GazelEnergie, and Greensolver. He is a graduate of Paris Dauphine University (PSL) and Goethe University Frankfurt, and also holds a PhD in finance and law.

Pau Figueras Cadenet is Energy & Storage Project Manager at Carrefour, where he leads the deployment of renewable energy and storage solutions across the group's real estate portfolio. In this role, he drives Carrefour's ambition to reduce its carbon footprint by structuring and executing large-scale solar and energy storage projects at a European and LatAm level. Before joining retail, Pau built a broad cross-sector expertise, having worked across construction and agro-industry, both energy-intensive industries. Pau is a Civil Engineer trained at École des Ponts ParisTech and the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya, with a bachelor and a master in both institutions.

Adrien Appéré is Country Manager at Uniper Renewables France, where he leads business development in the energy sector, combining greenfield and M&A approaches. With 18 years of experience in renewable energies, he held management positions at ERG and then VSB, where he led development activities and defined growth strategies in highly competitive markets. He structured and strengthened development organizations to improve portfolio competitiveness and support sustainable growth.

Joshua Margulies is a Project Leader at Aurora Energy Research in France, where he leads the Advisory Team. He advises utilities, developers, equity and debt investors investing in or financing renewables and battery projects in France and Europe. Joshua holds two masters degrees from the London School of Economics and the University of Oxford.

Xavier DEGON is the Head of TotalEnergies Trading Origination for France. He develops power trading solutions to optimize the value of renewable energies, batteries, and other assets that contribute to the energy transition. With over 15 years of experience in energy markets in France and Europe, Xavier has worked extensively on the energy transition. In 2012, he completed the first world tour with an electric car.

Nicolas has 6 years of experience in energy industry. He joined Pexapark in 2025 as a Lead Analyst in the Editorial & Analysis team, collecting market intelligence on European markets. In his previous roles at TotalEnergies, he worked as financial advisor for the Offshore Wind team, structuring and financing renewable assets, closing M&A deals across Asia & Europe and preparing tenders. He also worked in hydrogen, LNG and batteries throughout his career. Nicolas holds a MSc in Chemical Engineering from the National Institute of Applied Sciences in Toulouse (INSA) and an MSc in Energy Economics from the French Institute of Petroleum & New Energies in Paris (IFP).

Théo André is a policy and market expert at France Renouvelables, where he focuses on power market dynamics, solar PV market development, and the regulatory conditions shaping renewable energy deployment in France. He works closely with industry stakeholders to assess market trends, investment signals, and policy impacts on the French renewable energy sector.

Former lawyer specialized in project financing, Alexia is now a renowned Futures Facilitator. Combining futures literacy, mindset coaching, and facilitation, she dedicates herself to supporting visionary decision-makers eager to develop a resilient and adaptable mindset capable of facing tomorrow's challenges. With a solid reputation in asset and project finance transactions acting for major Banks and Financial institutions, Sylvie assists many Financial Advisers and internationally based companies in organizing the most efficient debt structuring for various types of projects. She is recognized in the setting up of complex, innovative asset and project finance deals. Over her long experience, she has acted for various actors on both domestic and cross-border transactions as well as in the structuring of off-balance sheet transactions in relation to the leasing of assets and financing various investments, especially in the energy and transportation sectors. In 2017, she created La Plateforme Verte, a do-tank aimed at facilitating the dialogue between developers, funders and regulation actors in order to encourage the energy transition with capital and loans.

After graduating from ESSCA, Pierre Guerrier began his career in sales of technical solutions for the building sector. He then held positions as Marketing Manager, National Sales Director, and Managing Director, before turning to the emerging photovoltaic sector in 2009. He joined Sun’R as New Markets Director, an innovative independent power producer and pioneer in agrivoltaics, before becoming Head of Development France at Sonnedix. Pierre then served as Deputy Managing Director for Development at SOLVEO Énergies. Since 2025, he has been Head of Development France at Amarenco. Pierre is also a board member of Enerplan, the French solar energy association, and leads the agrivoltaics working group of La Plateforme Verte.

Shirley Chojnacki is a Senior Investment Director and Head of the Energy sector within BRIDGE, the infrastructure debt platform at Edmond de Rothschild Asset Management. She plays a key role in financing energy transition projects, particularly in solar, wind, biomass, and biogas. Strongly committed to ESG integration, she has contributed to initiatives such as the Avoided Emissions Framework (AEP), which aims to harmonize the evaluation of climate solutions’ impact. A graduate of the London School of Economics, Shirley is recognized for her expertise in structuring sustainable finance and her commitment to a low-carbon economy.

Nicolas Giuliano is VP Business Development & Public Affairs for RES & BESS Europe at ENGIE, where he has spent the last 10 years years driving utility-scale renewable and energy storage projects. He also holds board roles within the Syndicat des Energie Renouvelables and the Energy Storage Europe Association, contributing to the development of regulatory and market frameworks for energy production and flexibility in Europe.

Sam Wilkinson is Head of Renewables Markets within the Energy Transition and Sustainability research team at S&P Global Commodity Insights, specifically responsible for the company’s research of renewable energy markets, policies and project tracking. Since joining the company in 2009, Sam has held various roles, including leading the batteries and energy storage research team, and working on analysis and research of the solar industry. His analysis and commentary are regularly published by leading energy industry media and the global press, and he has also presented at many leading industry events and conferences.

Nicolas Wolff is the CEO of ZE Energy, a European company specializing in hybrid solar and battery storage solutions. He previously held senior leadership roles at Boralex and Vestas, leading large-scale wind and solar projects across Europe and international markets. He also serves as Vice President of France Renouvelables, contributing to the advancement of renewable energy policy and industry collaboration in France.

Clément Métayer is Director of Energy Markets at Sorégies, a French integrated energy company active in electricity and gas production, distribution, and supply. He oversees energy trading, portfolio management, market strategy, risk optimization, as well as the aggregation of generation assets and flexibility across power and gas markets. His scope also includes environmental products such as guarantees of origin and CO₂. He holds an engineering degree from Grenoble INP – ENSE3, complemented by training in business administration from IAE Grenoble School of Management, and specializes in energy markets, trading, flexibility optimization, and portfolio management.

Mélodie de l'Epine has 25 years of experience in the PV sector in France, and was PV pole coordinator at Hespul for 15 years. She participated in various working groups with institutions such as EDF, Enedis, CRE and the French government, focusing on topics such as connection procedures and support mechanisms. Today, as Head of Research & Innovation at Institut Becquerel France, she develops innovation projects in the photovoltaic field and assists customers and international organizations in understanding photovoltaic markets and strategies. She is co-manager and French representative of Task 1 (Market and Public Policy) IEA PVPS.

Édouard Roblot has been Director of Solar Energy at Idex, a French mid-sized energy company (ETI), since 2021. His mission is to accelerate the electrification of businesses by offering turnkey photovoltaic infrastructure solutions (solar energy production and storage) for their sites. After four years of existence, Idex’s Solar Energy division has established itself as a leader in the French B2B solar market and is now exporting its model across Europe. A graduate of École Polytechnique and Sciences Po Paris, Édouard Roblot began his career in 2011 at the French Energy Regulatory Commission (Commission de Régulation de l’Énergie). In 2013, he joined the Total Group, where he was responsible for the B2B solar business in France. From 2019 until joining Idex, he served as Advisor for Environment and Energy in the cabinet of Valérie Pécresse, President of the Île-de-France Region. He is the author of Vivre sans CO₂ (“Living Without CO₂”), which advocates for a France free from fossil fuels. He promotes an ambitious, pragmatic, and compelling vision of the energy transition.

Virginie Nicolas is Corporate banker – sustainable development at Banque Neuflize OBC, where she initiated and developed the bank’s corporate expertise in sustainable development, including the creation of dedicated financing solutions to support French IPP. With extensive experience in corporate banking and supporting entrepreneurs in sectors tied to environmental and social impact, she plays a key role in fostering finance solutions that align with sustainable outcomes.

Marceau joined Enerparc AG in Hamburg in 2013 in the international Business Development team. In 2019, he moved back to France to open Enerparc Solaire, the French entity of the Enerparc group to develop, build, finance and operate ground-mounted PV and AgriPV projects. With > 4 GWp of own assets and 500+ colleagues, Enerparc AG is an international PV expert active on the entire value chain, from project development and EPC to O&M and portfolio management.

Patrick Soury is a sheep farmer in the Charente region and the operator of a photovoltaic plant. He serves as First Vice President of the National Sheep Federation (FNO) and as President of the sheep division of Interbev. Actively involved in local public life, he is also the mayor of his municipality, Oradour-Fanais.

A Partner in BCG’s Energy and Climate practices for 10 years, Frédérik then joined the General Secretariat for Ecological Planning upon its creation in 2022. He subsequently returned to the private sector, joining the NW Group, a specialist in energy storage, electrical flexibility, and ultra-fast charging.

Rachid OTMANI is Deputy Director for Strategy, Planning and Regulation at RTE (Réseau de Transport d'Électricité). With over 25 years of experience in the energy sector, he plays a key role in shaping the strategic planning of the transmission network and RTE’s major policy directions. He is particularly involved in developments related to the integration of renewable energy and the optimization of electrical infrastructure. Previously, he held the positions of Deputy Director for Clients and Services and advisor to the Executive Board on matters related to infrastructure development, particularly interconnections.

Elena Ginés is Commercial Development Manager for France at RatedPower, where she supports solar developers, EPCs, and IPPs in optimizing utility-scale PV and storage projects. She works closely with clients to accelerate project development and enable data-driven decision-making across renewable energy projects.

With a background in mechanical engineering and previous leadership roles in construction across six European markets, Sebastiaan combines technical insight with commercial leadership to accelerate energy transition efforts globally. Sebastiaan drives international expansion and investor engagement for ion Ventures to scale clean energy solutions with a particular focus on Europe.

Olena Reznik is an Investment Director at Mirova, specializing in the financing and development of battery energy storage (BESS) projects in Northern Europe and the Baltic countries. She leads standalone and hybrid storage platforms from structuring through to construction, with a focus on revenue mechanisms, bankability, and market optimization.

Moritz Lünenborg is a Project Manager for Renewable Electricity Generation at the Franco-German Office for the Energy Transition (OFATE). Before joining OFATE in Berlin as an external collaborator for the German Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy, he obtained a Master’s degree from Lumière Lyon 2 University and worked as a journalist for various media outlets.

Bastien Martinez is a director at Finergreen, a leading investment bank specializing in the energy transition. For over a decade, he has advised numerous European companies on the financing, sale, and acquisition of energy infrastructure spanning a wide range of technologies. Bastien has been involved in issues related to electricity flexibility since 2020 and coordinates Finergreen’s coverage of topics related to electricity flexibility at the European level.
