Agustín Seseña Carrillo is a Madrid-based energy professional with over a decade of experience in power markets, structured products, and renewable energy investment. He combines an engineering background with deep financial expertise, he has built a career at the intersection of energy market analysis, commercial strategy, and the energy transition. Agustín began his career as a Process Engineer at ISOLUX CORSAN, working on bids for thermal and combined cycle plants. He then joined Enérgya-VM, where he spent six years in a variety of roles, most notably as Head of Structured Products, where he pioneered participation in Ancillary Services with renewable assets in Spain. From 2023 to 2026, Agustín worked as Senior Power Markets Analyst at Renewable Power Capital, supporting the firm's European BESS, Wind and Solar portfolio. He now serves as Regional Manager for Iberia at Capalo AI. Agustín holds a degree in Energy Resources Engineering from the Escuela de Minas y Energía at the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid and an Executive Master in Quantitative Finance from Afi Global Education.

Ricardo has a degree in Energy and Environmental Engineering from Faculdade de Ciências da Universidade de Lisboa. His professional experience started in the water heating and climatization fields, sizing projects for domestic and industrial usage. Later, he worked in innovative storage and flexibility projects, while conducting a pioneer case-study to evaluate the potential of the vehicle-to-grid technology. In 2022, he joined the Portuguese Renewable Energy Association (APREN) as a renewable energy policy and market intelligence analyst, where he has been developing work in the renewable energy sector, advising members and stakeholders, and following the lates policy updates, with main focus on green hydrogen, offshore wind, storage. the electricity market design, among others.

Tomás García is the lead Senior Director of the Energy & Infrastructure Advisory practice in Spain & Portugal at JLL (Jones Lang LaSalle) since April 2020. In this role, he leads the team providing transactional and financial advisory services for renewable energy assets in Iberia. Prior to this, Tomás was the Managing Director of the Solar & Wind Projects business in Spain & Portugal at BayWa r.e. (2019). Prior to this role, he was the Head of Business Development EMEA, Energy Group at Canadian Solar (2017-2018). Before that he served at SunEdison as General Manager, Rural Electrification EMEA (2014-2015) and as Head of Strategy & Market Development EMEA & LATAM (2011-2014). Before that Tomás was Market Strategy Manager at First Solar (2008-2011) and a Strategy Consultant at the Monitor Group (2004-2008). Additionally, he has also worked as a Venture Capitalist, Research Scientist (doing science on solar PV materials), University Teacher and FX Trader. Tomás was a PhD student at Florida International University, earned his MSci at King’s College London and his Masters degree in Physics at Universidad Autónoma de Madrid. He is fluent in Spanish and English and functional in Italian.

Rosemary is a Lead Consultant at Clean Horizon with a strong technical and analytical background in the energy storage sector. Her expertise focuses on the profitability assessment of storage projects and conducting in-depth market analyses across various European countries. She specializes in dimensioning energy storage projects using optimization models to dispatch assets effectively on energy and ancillary services markets. Rosemary holds an engineering degree from Institut d'Optique Graduate School and a Master of Science in physics from Imperial College London, combining her academic foundation in science and engineering with practical commercial and regulatory insights to support project developers and investors.

Isaac Garcia Moreno is an Executive Director at BW ESS, the global energy storage owner-operator. Isaac is responsible for sourcing and developing new investment opportunities in grid-scale energy storage. He was previously Head of Solar and Storage at OX2 and Regional Managing Director at Alten Renewable Energy, bringing extensive experience across renewable energy development, investment, and market growth.

Berto Martins is currently Director for Electricity Markets at EDP S.A. He is 53 years old, born and raised in Lisbon but with an academic degree completed at the Oporto University in 1990.In this same year, joined EDP to work at the National Dispatch for the Electric System and after some years moved to the System Optimization and Commercial Operations Division until 2002.When the liberalization process of the energy sector started in Portugal he moved to the team that created the Energy Management Division at EDP, implementing IT and business procedures for all Trading activities. EDP´s Electricity Markets Division is responsible for the management of the whole generation portfolio in the Iberian Market. Besides real-time optimization, these tasks include also Short/Medium Term Planning, Outages coordination, Bidding strategies on both Energy and Ancillary Services markets and real-time coordination with the Portuguese TSO.

Eurico is a Project Manager for Energy Storage at Galp, with more than 20 years of experience in the energy industry, spanning downstream refining, innovation, and the development of projects that have successfully evolved into business ventures. Over the past six years, he has focused on utility-scale energy storage and flexibility technologies. Throughout his career, Eurico has led and contributed to a variety of innovation initiatives aimed at improving energy efficiency, working closely with multidisciplinary teams and diverse stakeholders. He holds a degree in Chemical Engineering from Instituto Superior Técnico.

Música Pinto is an Application Engineer at Greenvolt Power, supporting the development and execution of utility-scale BESS projects across multiple international markets. His work focuses on technical due diligence, technology selection, contract negotiations and project execution, bringing large-scale storage assets from concept to operation, including, approximately, 4GWh in Storage Projects throughout Europe, Japan and USA
