Unlocking Portugal's flexibility opportunity

Market & regulatory outlook | Bankability & financing | Revenue models

Portugal’s solar growth demands rapid deployment of storage to ensure flexibility and grid balance. But uncertainty around market mechanisms and revenue streams makes it difficult to structure bankable BESS projects.

Through a focused, expert-led format, the Solarplaza Seminar BESS Portugal helps local developers, IPPs, investors, asset owners, and grid operators learn to develop, build, and operate technically optimized and financially sound BESS assets. Attendees will gain actionable insights from mature European storage markets to accelerate commercial storage development in Portugal.
