Anna Porelius is CEO of the Swedish Solar Energy Association, representing 300 companies across solar energy, battery storage and smart energy solutions. She has 14 years of experience in the energy sector, including nuclear power, waste management, permitting and community acceptance. She has also served on the boards of Forsmark nuclear power plant and Svafo. A former journalist, she has also held senior positions in two major Swedish municipalities. She holds a BA in Media and Communications and Political Science.

Erica Niemi is Head of Energy Systems at E.ON Energidistribution AB in Stockholm, Sweden. In this role, she is responsible for enabling the energy transition by creating markets for flexibility and developing strong electricity demand forecasts and analyses. She is an experienced leader with 25 years of experience across various parts of the energy sector, including energy system issues, grid flexibility, asset management, and the implementation of data-driven approaches and analytics. Throughout her career, she has held roles as department head, unit manager, program manager, change leader, and management consultant.

He is recognized as an expert in power grids and energy systems, with a proven track record of developing and implementing innovative energy solutions internationally. Experienced in leading cross-functional teams and driving complex projects from strategy to execution.”

Johan Hernström is Chief Commercial Officer and a member of its management team at Alight, a leading Nordic solar and storage IPP. He leads the commercial side of Alight's business across Sweden, Finland and Denmark, which includes PPA origination, portfolio management and trading, product development as well as the data-centre segment. His team is responsible for contracting with corporate and industrial buyers including H&M, Autoliv, AkzoNobel and Axfood, and designs Alight's hybrid PPA structures and the optimisation of the PV and BESS revenue stack. Johan joined Alight in 2020 and took over as commercially responsible as Alight moved from a developer-led business to an independent power producer. Before Alight, he worked as a management consultant at Accenture and at Procure It Right, a Kinnevik subsidiary.

Amelia is an energy strategy and advisory consultant at Sweco, focusing on transactional advice, particularly technical and regulatory due diligence for RES and BESS in the Nordics. Previously, she worked as a PV market analyst with a diverse range of clients, including public agencies, utilities, project developers, and non-profit organizations. Amelia represented Sweden for two years in the IEA PVPS Task 1 (Strategic market analysis and outreach) and spent three years part-time on industry policies for a trade association in Brussels. She is also a frequent public speaker and co-author of several reports on solar PV market trends.

Madeleine van der Veer is Head of Utility Solar at Green Power Sweden, where she oversees the development of large‑scale solar projects and leads engagement with stakeholders and regulators. Since 2023, she has also led the Swedish Solar Park Network, advancing collaboration across the utility‑scale solar sector. Her background includes senior roles in policy and advocacy, including work as a government advisor, inquiry expert, and public affairs officer at WWF Sweden. With deep insight into both policy and project development, Madeleine plays a key role in scaling solar power to meet Sweden’s energy transition goals.

Laetitia began her career at Alstom working in the wind energy and high-voltage grid sectors. She later joined Neoen, a global French renewable power producer with 10 GW of capacity, where she has led the development and expansion into several new markets, including Ireland, Finland and Sweden. Based in Stockholm, she is now leading Neoen’s data center development initiative across Europe, including a major data center project in Sweden.

Joel Skagerberg is Head of Project & Infrastructure Finance Sweden at SEB, with over 25 years of experience in investment and corporate banking. Since joining SEB in 2001 from ABN AMRO, he has held several senior roles across structured finance. He has led large Nordic infrastructure and project finance transactions and brings deep expertise in financing structures, risk assessment, and execution. Joel holds a Bachelor of Economics.

Magnus Häggström leads commercial activities and M&A at Helios Nordic Energy, a Nordic renewable energy developer owned by VINCI Concessions. Helios develops utility-scale solar, BESS and data center projects across Sweden and Finland, primarily for sale to investors while selectively investing its own capital. Magnus focuses on commercial strategy, investments, partnerships and M&A, working with investors and industry partners to bring large-scale energy and infrastructure projects to market.

Christoffer has more than 15 years of experience from the infrastructure and renewable energy sectors as a financial adviser. Before joining DNB Carnegie’s Investment Banking Division (based in Stockholm) in 2018, he worked at PwC’s corporate finance team in Stockholm and London, with a particular focus on energy infrastructure. DNB Carnegie is one of the leading Nordic investment banks with a global focus on renewables, infrastructure and energy transition, and an extensive transaction experience within the sector. In his role at DNB Carnegie, Christoffer is covering renewables and infrastructure primarily across Nordics, Baltics and Poland, including transactions within wind, solar, battery storage, Power-to-X, EV charging etc. as well as the wider infrastructure space.
