Jeff Lindh is Director of Wind & Solar at Fortum, where he has been instrumental in building up the company’s Nordic operations across wind, solar, and emerging BESS assets. He oversees construction, asset management, and HSSEQ in Sweden, Finland, and Norway, with a strong focus on operational performance, and long-term value creation. Jeff previously worked at OX2 and has served as CEO and board member in several co-owned renewable energy platforms. He holds an Executive MBA from the Stockholm School of Economics and an MSc in Sustainable Energy Technology from KTH, combining strong technical expertise with strategic and commercial leadership.

Marcus Qviberg is the Chief Executive Officer at Sunna Group AB, leading the company’s strategic growth and establishing it as a force in large-scale solar power development in Sweden. He comes to this role with over 15 years’ experience in the data-center industry, where he built business development and organizational capacity at high-growth technology firms. His leadership spans board-level roles including at TSO Link (Chairman since July 2025) and advisory positions in the regenerative data-energy sector. With a deep passion for the energy transition, Marcus is focused on unlocking utility-scale solar deployment in challenging environments and enabling electrification across regions.

Amelia is an energy strategy and advisory consultant at Sweco, focusing on transactional advice, particularly technical and regulatory due diligence for RES and BESS in the Nordics. Previously, she worked as a PV market analyst with a diverse range of clients, including public agencies, utilities, project developers, and non-profit organizations. Amelia represented Sweden for two years in the IEA PVPS Task 1 (Strategic market analysis and outreach) and spent three years part-time on industry policies for a trade association in Brussels. She is also a frequent public speaker and co-author of several reports on solar PV market trends.

Richard Nicolin is co-founder and Chief Investment Officer of Alight, a leading Swedish solar developer and independent power prodcer. As Chief Investment Officer, Richard leads Alight’s investments in both development and operating solar and storage assets. Prior to Alight, Richard worked as a consultant for Bain & Company, as well as an investment manager for Nordstjernan, a family-controlled investment company. Richard has been a board member of global manufacturing company Rosti Group. He later became a board member at Rosti Automotive, a UK manufacturing branch of the Rosti Group, specializing in the automotive sector. Richard is currently a board member of Nordic credit investor Nordstjernan Credit.

Simon is a Senior VP at DNB Bank ASA, Norway’s largest bank and a major European financial institution. DNB has a long and global track-record as an advisor to and financier of the energy and infrastructure sectors, with strong ambitions in the Nordic renewables space as part of financing the green transition. Based in Stockholm, Simon focuses on origination and execution of structured and project finance within the Nordic renewables and energy infrastructure sectors. Simon has more than 15 years of experience from corporate and investment banking, with broad sector expertise from asset-heavy, capital-intensive industries including infrastructure, renewables, maritime transportation and offshore energy. Prior to joining DNB, Simon was based in New York, spearheading the maritime finance practice for a major Nordic financial institution in North America.

Johan is a Partner at Infranode and has over 12 years of investment and advisory experience across the Nordics and has been part of originating and executing investments across the Nordics and relevant sectors. Since joining Infranode, Johan has been an integral part of Infranode's investment team and investing from and managing portfolio companies in Fund I and Infranode II as well as key business development activities such as establishing Infranode’s transition focused investment strategy and sustainability strategy and footprint.

Mehmet Energin is OX2’s Chief Commercial Officer and has been a member of the Executive Leadership Team for the past eight years. He brings over 15 years of international experience in the energy and infrastructure sectors. Mehmet joined OX2 after eight years at McKinsey & Company, where he advised clients across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia. He also serves on the boards of several companies within the OX2 and holds an MBA from INSEAD and an MSc from the University of Oxford.

Jens-Peter Zink is Executive Vice President and co-owner of European Energy. Jens-Peter has extensive experience with all aspects of the value chain in renewable energy.  Since joining European Energy, Jens-Peter has been responsible for the development, construction, operation, and financing of more than 1.5 GW of renewable energy capacity.  Before he came to European Energy in 2005 as COO, Jens-Peter held a position as manager at KPMG for 10 years.  Jens-Peter holds a Master’s degree in Auditing and Accounting from Copenhagen Business School (CBS).

Kajsa Hasselrot is Head of Customer Relations B2B, Large Consumers at Vattenfall Eldistribution AB, leading a team that supports some of Sweden’s largest energy users. She has been instrumental in advancing Vattenfall’s cross‑functional work on grid flexibility, representing the customer side in initiatives spanning both local and regional grids. She has held various commercial and leadership roles across both the telecom and energy sectors. The common thread has been infrastructure – mobile networks, fiber infrastructure, district heating and electricity distribution. Kajsa holds a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from the Royal Institute of Technology (KTH), Stockholm, Sweden.

Gustav is the co-founder and Head of Business Development at Turn Energy, taking position as the No 1 Solar Energy Brand in the Nordics. He has more than 10 years of experience from the Energy and Transportation industries. At Turn Energy Gustav is responsible for international expansion, the origination and execution of mergers and acquisitions and for developing supporting commercial opportunities such as BESS, Power2X etc. Gustav is also a member of the Executive Committee of “Nätverket för Solparker”, an industry collaboration of Sweden’s 18 largest solar players.

Over 10 years of commercial leadership experience within the PV sector in Sweden from some of the fastest-growing companies, such as SVEA Solar & AIRA. As Sales Director for the Nordics at Sigenergy, Anders manages all commercial activities for the whole portfolio, including C&I & Utility Storage, along with utility inverters and transformers. With a deep commercial understanding of both installation and end users' experience, he combines a powerful product portfolio with great insights to develop and maximize ROIs for PV projects. He holds an MBA degree from Linneaus University.

Sara Ax Nordstrand leads the commercial development of solar and BESS solutions. She drives forecasting, pipeline management and execution across sales, business development and engineering, ensuring that commercial decisions are aligned with technical feasibility and long‑term operability. With experience bridging commercial strategy, organisational development and cross‑functional governance, Sara plays a key role in shaping Alstra Energy’s sales processes, integration initiatives and new organisational structures. Her work focuses on clarity in execution, realistic assumptions, and creating scalable ways of working in a rapidly evolving Nordic energy market.

Petri Trygg is the Head of Sales for Battery Energy Storage Systems at Merus Power, leading the BESS sales team, strategy, and key customer engagements. Before Merus Power, he helped scale Polar Night Energy’s sand-based thermal storage solutions globally and previously founded PowerQ, later joining Netcontrol after the acquisition to lead Application Services and support grid automation sales.

Lars is a co-founder of Solkompaniet, that is now Alstra Energy and has been actively involved in the development, construction and operation of utility-scale solar projects in Sweden since the early days of the market. With experience spanning co-development with institutional investors, EPC delivery of large-scale PV and hybrid projects, and long-term O&M, Lars brings a full life-cycle perspective on what drives asset performance over time. He has worked closely with utilities, infrastructure funds, banks and asset owners, and focuses on execution risk, operability and long-term value creation in today’s Nordic solar market.

Pratik is a Senior Consultant at Clean Horizon, where he leads market analysis and price forecasting for the Swedish and Italian energy markets. With over 9 years of professional experience, he has spent the last 7 years specializing in energy storage consulting. Prior to joining Clean Horizon, he consulted on energy storage and emerging technologies, including electric vehicles and hydrogen across U.S. energy markets, with particular expertise in ISO New England. He holds a Master of Environmental Management in Energy and Environment from Duke University and a B.E. in Computer Engineering from Mumbai University.

Moa Almquist specializes in property law and environmental law, advising clients across a broad spectrum of matters. She has extensive experience in handling permit procedures and other regulatory matters relating to projects in the energy, industrial and infrastructure sectors. With a background in both commercial law firms and as in-house legal counsel in the utility solar sector, Moa has a deep understanding of both the legal and commercial perspectives of environmental law.

Øystein brings a wealth of experience in the renewable energy sector, both as an industrial CEO and as a private equity investor. He has led buy- and sell-side transactions across Europe and has been involved with leading energy players such as Statkraft, Encavis, HitecVision, among others. Leveraging a strong client network and deep industry expertise, Øystein supports Capcora’s M&A and Debt Advisory activities with a focus on expanding the firm’s footprint in the Nordic market. He holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

With a career defined by leadership and innovation in the Swedish solar sector, Anders is an accomplished entrepreneur, having founded the solar company Kraftpojkarna in 2012 and later co-founding Sunstreet Energy AB, an energy company focused on developing and operating solar, storage, and hydro assets. His expertise extends to advanced energy systems, including VPP systems with unique PPA functionalities. Having served on the board of Svensk Solenergi for six years, Anders's deep knowledge of the industry and his long-standing commitment to the association make him a key figure in driving the country's energy transition.

Erica Niemi is Head of Energy Systems at E.ON Energidistribution AB in Stockholm, Sweden. In this role, she is responsible for enabling the energy transition by creating markets for flexibility and developing strong electricity demand forecasts and analyses. She is an experienced leader with 25 years of experience across various parts of the energy sector, including energy system issues, grid flexibility, asset management, and the implementation of data-driven approaches and analytics. Throughout her career, she has held roles as department head, unit manager, program manager, change leader, and management consultant.

Agata Absalyamova, a Senior Key Account Manager at Sungrow since 2023, brings experience in PV and ESS projects across multiple countries. With an MSc in Engineering specialising in energy systems, she has contributed to utility-scale solar development in Sweden and now, drives partnerships in the Swedish and European ESS markets.

Nicola Kopij Zanin is an Independent Consultant at Solarplaza. He covers the role of M&A Director at PST, a Polish-based IPP & developer. Nicola holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Business from LUISS University in Rome, a Master's degree in Finance & Investments from Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University, and has obtained the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Level 2 Certificate.
