Simon is a Senior VP at DNB Bank ASA, Norway’s largest bank and a major European financial institution. DNB has a long and global track-record as an advisor to and financier of the energy and infrastructure sectors, with strong ambitions in the Nordic renewables space as part of financing the green transition. Based in Stockholm, Simon focuses on origination and execution of structured and project finance within the Nordic renewables and energy infrastructure sectors. Simon has more than 15 years of experience from corporate and investment banking, with broad sector expertise from asset-heavy, capital-intensive industries including infrastructure, renewables, maritime transportation and offshore energy. Prior to joining DNB, Simon was based in New York, spearheading the maritime finance practice for a major Nordic financial institution in North America.

Jeff Lindh is Director of Wind & Solar at Fortum, where he has been instrumental in building up the company’s Nordic operations across wind, solar, and emerging BESS assets. He oversees construction, asset management, and HSSEQ in Sweden, Finland, and Norway, with a strong focus on operational performance, and long-term value creation. Jeff previously worked at OX2 and has served as CEO and board member in several co-owned renewable energy platforms. He holds an Executive MBA from the Stockholm School of Economics and an MSc in Sustainable Energy Technology from KTH, combining strong technical expertise with strategic and commercial leadership.

Marcus Qviberg is the Chief Executive Officer at Sunna Group AB, leading the company’s strategic growth and establishing it as a force in large-scale solar power development in Sweden. He comes to this role with over 15 years’ experience in the data-center industry, where he built business development and organizational capacity at high-growth technology firms. His leadership spans board-level roles including at TSO Link (Chairman since July 2025) and advisory positions in the regenerative data-energy sector. With a deep passion for the energy transition, Marcus is focused on unlocking utility-scale solar deployment in challenging environments and enabling electrification across regions.

Amelia is an energy strategy and advisory consultant at Sweco, focusing on transactional advice, particularly technical and regulatory due diligence for RES and BESS in the Nordics. Previously, she worked as a PV market analyst with a diverse range of clients, including public agencies, utilities, project developers, and non-profit organizations. Amelia represented Sweden for two years in the IEA PVPS Task 1 (Strategic market analysis and outreach) and spent three years part-time on industry policies for a trade association in Brussels. She is also a frequent public speaker and co-author of several reports on solar PV market trends.

Richard Nicolin is co-founder and Chief Investment Officer of Alight, a leading Swedish solar developer and independent power prodcer. As Chief Investment Officer, Richard leads Alight’s investments in both development and operating solar and storage assets. Prior to Alight, Richard worked as a consultant for Bain & Company, as well as an investment manager for Nordstjernan, a family-controlled investment company. Richard has been a board member of global manufacturing company Rosti Group. He later became a board member at Rosti Automotive, a UK manufacturing branch of the Rosti Group, specializing in the automotive sector. Richard is currently a board member of Nordic credit investor Nordstjernan Credit.

Nicola Kopij Zanin is an Independent Consultant at Solarplaza. He covers the role of M&A Director at PST, a Polish-based IPP & developer. Nicola holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Business from LUISS University in Rome, a Master's degree in Finance & Investments from Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University, and has obtained the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Level 2 Certificate.

Johan is a Partner at Infranode and has over 12 years of investment and advisory experience across the Nordics and has been part of originating and executing investments across the Nordics and relevant sectors. Since joining Infranode, Johan has been an integral part of Infranode's investment team and investing from and managing portfolio companies in Fund I and Infranode II as well as key business development activities such as establishing Infranode’s transition focused investment strategy and sustainability strategy and footprint.

Jens-Peter Zink is Executive Vice President and co-owner of European Energy. Jens-Peter has extensive experience with all aspects of the value chain in renewable energy.  Since joining European Energy, Jens-Peter has been responsible for the development, construction, operation, and financing of more than 1.5 GW of renewable energy capacity.  Before he came to European Energy in 2005 as COO, Jens-Peter held a position as manager at KPMG for 10 years.  Jens-Peter holds a Master’s degree in Auditing and Accounting from Copenhagen Business School (CBS).

Øystein brings a wealth of experience in the renewable energy sector, both as an industrial CEO and as a private equity investor. He has led buy- and sell-side transactions across Europe and has been involved with leading energy players such as Statkraft, Encavis, HitecVision, among others. Leveraging a strong client network and deep industry expertise, Øystein supports Capcora’s M&A and Debt Advisory activities with a focus on expanding the firm’s footprint in the Nordic market. He holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

Gustav is the co-founder and Head of Business Development at Turn Energy, taking position as the No 1 Solar Energy Brand in the Nordics. He has more than 10 years of experience from the Energy and Transportation industries. At Turn Energy Gustav is responsible for international expansion, the origination and execution of mergers and acquisitions and for developing supporting commercial opportunities such as BESS, Power2X etc. Gustav is also a member of the Executive Committee of “Nätverket för Solparker”, an industry collaboration of Sweden’s 18 largest solar players.
