Pawel is the Managing Director and Head of Solar & Wind Poland at Uniper Renewables Poland Sp. z o.o. He joined Uniper Renewables Poland in November 2023, where he leads the company's growth in Poland with the ambition to contribute to Uniper's goal of achieving 80% zero-carbon generation by 2030. Pawel has a wealth of experience and a passion for renewable energy, having worked in the renewables and environment industry since 2004. His expertise includes Onshore/Offshore Wind, PV, Negotiation, Renewable Energy, and Project Finance. Pawel is known for his strong communication and social services skills. Pawel holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Szczecin (PL) and Manchester Metropolitan University (UK). In his free time, he enjoys road cycling.

Florian Strunck is COO and Co-Founder of Amperecloud, the Berlin-based "Operating System for Renewables" he co-founded in 2019 alongside Frederik Merz and Erik Nitschke. The platform now monitors and manages around 10 GWp of renewable assets across Europe. As COO, Florian leads operations, customer delivery, and international expansion. Before founding Amperecloud, he held senior procurement and management roles at Zalando, adidas, and Axel Springer. He studied at Universität Greifswald and the Berlin School of Economics and Law.

Katarzyna has been recognized many times in the industry. She won the titles of Manager of the Year 2024 (EuroPower & OzePower) and Energy of the Future 2024 (Energia Kobiet). She is currently studying for an Executive MBA at Kozminski University and holds a master's degree in management economics from the West Pomeranian Business School. Katarzyna also holds bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering at the University of Southern Denmark and the West Pomeranian University of Technology.

Filip Sypko is a dynamic and results-driven manager with 13 years of professional experience. Throughout his career, he has successfully led commercial, technical, and business development teams, both as an entrepreneur and in managerial roles. He has been active in the solar industry for seven years, playing a key role in the development of a unique solar-as-a-service product and the development of industrial scale projects in 6 markets with a total capacity of over 2 GW for a pan-European solar developer Green Genius and successful establishment of utility-scale projects business line for Menlo Electric, fastest growing solar distributor in EMEA. An expert in utility-scale and C&I solar projects, Filip possesses a comprehensive understanding of the industry, spanning greenfield development, M&A, construction, supply chain, O&M, and offtake strategies. Currently, he leads the international O&M division at Nomad Electric, one of Europe’s largest renewable energy EPC and O&M providers. Filip holds a degree from the Faculty of Energy and Fuels at the AGH University of Science and Technology in Kraków, as well as an MBA from Koźmiński Executive Business School in Warsaw and Technische Universität Clausthal in Germany.

Mariusz Adamczewski is the founder of PAD RES Group. An early initiator of renewable energy development in Poland, specializing in the expansion of wind and solar power plants, as well as other alternative energy sources, with a total capacity exceeding 1 GW. He actively participated in the implementation of the first commercial and largest wind farm projects in Poland. Graduate of the Faculty of Law at the University of Warsaw.

As Vice President of Global Development & Acquisitions, Nizar is responsible for overseeing strategy for Northland’s growth and leading the build-out of a robust and diverse pipeline of wind, solar and storage projects via development and acquisitions in key markets.   Nizar has 17+ years of renewable energy experience. Before joining Northland in 2018, Nizar was the Senior Director of Business Development for Brookfield Renewables, where he spent more than 10 years and was responsible for risk management, PPA origination, acquisitions, and project development. He was also a board member for the National Offshore Wind Research & Development Consortium, an independent, not-for-profit organization dedicated to overseeing industry research and development of offshore wind.

Corentin graduated in engineering at an engineering school in Paris (Ponts et Chaussées) and studied his master in sustainable energies at the Imperial College in London. Corentin has joined Clean Horizon in 2016 and is now partner, he is heading market analysis activities. As such, he acts as project manager on key market analysis projects as well as price forecasts efforts of the company. Additionally, Corentin is the commercial director of Clean Horizon.

Adrian has nearly 20 years of professional local and international experience in private equity, corporate finance and structured debt, specializing in renewable energy and infrastructure projects. He joined the Greenvolt Group (KKR portfolio company) in 2022 as Director of Project Finance and M&A at Greenvolt Power, the business unit responsible for large scale onshore wind, solar and storage projects. Between 2011 and 2022, he worked as Associate Director at European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), where during the last five years he led origination and execution efforts in Poland and the Baltic States for direct equity investments, as well as renewable energy investments across other countries of operations. Prior to EBRD (2007–2011), he worked at Espírito Santo Investment Bank, leading and executing M&A and structured finance transactions from the bank’s offices in Warsaw, London and Lisbon.

Mirosław Siwiński is a Partner at Nexia Advicer. Tax advisor and legal counsel with extensive experience in handling proceedings and providing tax opinions. He has over 20 years of professional experience. He specializes in the area of tax on goods and services, excise duty, income taxes and tax analysis. Mirosław also has experience in issues related to the civil and tax law and proceedings before tax authorities, administrative courts, as well as the EU Court of Justice. He also participated in many projects connected with the preparation of opinions and procedural documents in the field of administrative law, with particular emphasis on the issue of educational subsidies and road transport. He also has extensive trial experience in matters of social, civil and labor law. He is regularly honored as recommended Tax Adviser in the category Excise Tax. He advises in Polish and English.

Slawomir Patejuk is a Partner at Nexia Advicero. He has been gaining professional experience since 2007 – in 2007-2012, he worked in an international tax consulting company, where he was responsible, among others, for servicing German-speaking customers and Polish enterprises with their interests. Sławomir specializes in servicing entities operating on the commercial real estate market and enterprises from the energy sector – in particular operating in the renewable energy sector. During his professional practice, he took part in servicing the restructuring processes of companies (mergers, transformations and liquidations of companies, share trading, share exchange transactions, creation of holding structures using foreign entities and partnerships) and transactions related to purchase, sale and restructuring of financing of commercial real estate (including transactions made on the Polish market by foreign investment funds). He was also involved in numerous projects related to the tax settlement of companies (Due Diligence and Tax Review), ongoing tax consultancy in the field of corporate taxation for entities operating on the Polish market (VAT and income taxes), analysis of taxation of cross-border transactions, consultancy for foreign entities operating in Poland in the form of branches and agencies, settlements of taxpayers of goods and services tax (VAT Compliance), optimization in the scope of taxation of real estate tax. Sławomir also has experience in proceedings before tax authorities and administrative courts. He is the author of tax publications in the national and foreign press as well as a lecturer at tax trainings and workshops. He provides tax advice in Polish, German and English.

Dorota Derlicka is a partner in the Energy & Utilities team, specialising in energy law with a focus on renewable energy and nuclear projects. She advises both public and private clients across all stages of energy investments, including planning, permitting, construction, and operational phases. Her expertise covers a broad range of renewable technologies such as onshore wind, photovoltaic installations, battery energy storage systems (BESS), and biogas projects, as well as representation in regulatory proceedings before the Energy Regulatory Office. She has extensive experience advising on complex infrastructure projects in the energy and industrial sectors, combining energy, environmental, and construction law to support multidisciplinary developments. Dorota regularly assists international investors and foreign developers entering the Polish market, helping them adapt global business models to local regulatory frameworks and industry practice. She has also contributed to Poland’s nuclear energy programme, serving as in-house counsel during the early development phase of the country’s first nuclear power plant, advising on regulatory, contractual, and project management matters.

Dariusz Perkowski is responsible for development and management of BESS, identifying new business models and markets for BESS. He is also in charge of providing ancillary services from wind, PV and BESS assets. Dariusz has over 10 years of experience in the energy sector gained in large energy groups and advisory where he held various roles in different areas, including strategy, consulting, M&A and project management. Prior to joining Energix he held a C-level position in a company providing PV and BESS for the C&I sector. Energix is an IPP present in Israel, the USA, and Poland with a total portfolio of 1 GW of wind and PV and 300 MWh of BESS in operations and 9 GW of wind and PV and 8 GWh of BESS in the development stage.

Nicolas Bzymek successfully manages Virya Energy Polska projects and investments, currently 85MW of PV and 70MW of Wind, adapting foreign know-how to the conditions of the Polish market. He has many years of experience in the field of business development in international companies, where he worked closely with, among others, entrepreneurs from the industry. His expertise means he knows perfectly well how Virya Energy Polska can provide the highest quality services, and his managerial skills support the team in building a long-term strategy and planning cooperation.

As Country Lead Poland at Entrix, Aleksandra Radwańska leads the company’s strategic growth and development of its energy storage and flexibility solutions in the Polish market. With deep expertise in renewable energy, ancillary services, and flexibility trading, she drives commercial expansion and regulatory engagement to support the energy transition in Poland. In addition to her role at Entrix, Aleksandra serves as Vice President of the Polish Chamber of Energy Storage and Electromobility, where she contributes to shaping the future of energy storage markets and policy. She combines strong technical and business acumen built over years of experience across energy innovation, market design, and stakeholder collaboration.

Energy market expert with 20+ years of experience in power systems and electricity markets. Currently Energy Market Solutions Manager at Capalo AI, with a background spanning energy asset operations and trading, product development, and portfolio management. She has worked in Polish and international European energy companies as a trader (holding the TGE Power Exchange Makler Certificate), as well as a portfolio manager, product manager for ancillary services, and Head of Portfolio Management. Liuba brings hands-on experience from electrical power plant operations and extensive collaboration with transmission system operators across five countries. She holds a Master’s degree in Engineering, specializing in automated systems for power plants, and combines deep technical expertise with a strong data-driven approach.

Jakub is a seasoned business development and renewable energy investment professional with over seven years of experience in European power markets. As Country Director & Head of Origination at CLARITAS Investments, he leads the company’s operations in Poland, overseeing the development and growth of BESS & renewable energy project pipeline. At a pan-European level, he heads commercial offtake and route-to-market origination for a diversified portfolio of generation and storage assets across CEE markets.

Olga Sypuła - Engineer, project manager, and urban planner with degrees from the Koszalin University of Technology and the Warsaw University of Technology. Since 2007, she has built extensive experience in the energy sector, spending 14 years at WKN/Sevivon. Since January 2021, she has served as the Vice President & Regional Manager of Central Europe at European Energy. In addition to her professional work, she is deeply committed to knowledge sharing, regularly engaging in public speaking and actively participating in industry panel discussions. She is the originator and organizer of the renowned Polish-Danish Energy Roundtable, chairwoman of the onshore wind energy working group at the Polish Wind Energy Association, a member of the RES Council, and an active contributor to several working groups at the Lewiatan Confederation. She is also the originator and a member of the Programme Council of the Power2Future Foundation - an interdisciplinary platform integrating business, science, policy, and civil society, focused on energy security and the green transition.

Czarek is a finance professional with over 20 years of experience in Structured Finance, LBOs, M&A, and Corporate Finance Advisory. He gained his expertise at Bank Pekao S.A. and BRE Corporate Finance (mBank / Commerzbank Group), where he advised on some of the most complex transactions in Poland and across Europe. His core focus is the origination and financing of bankable long-term renewable energy projects, including PV and wind farms operating under CfD, PPA, and merchant models. Czarek oversees in-house management teams and a broader pool of analysts, supervises credit processes and key transaction documentation, and monitors projects throughout construction and operational phases. He has led and executed numerous project finance transactions in renewables and energy infrastructure, including wind and PV portfolios for leading developers, energy-from-waste facilities, and gas-fired power plants. His experience also spans LBO and acquisition finance, real estate, infrastructure, commodity, and corporate financing across Poland, CEE, and Western Europe. In the LBO space, he has worked on landmark transactions with top-tier private equity funds. Czarek is a graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics. Outside work, his interests include squash, politics, and literature.

Anna has 15 years of finance and banking experience, including extensive expertise in structured finance.Currently Anna is responsible for EBRD activity in Central Europe with focus on Power, Energy & Utilities business segment. Her responsibilities involve structuring and execution of EBRD's financings including project finance structures, public-private partnerships and privatisations.Anna joined EBRD in 2006, and since then she has led numerous financing in different sectors (including also natural resources, transport, property) with an gradually increasing specialisation in energy and infrastructure. These transactions included wide range of complex debt, equity as well as syndicated deals. Prior to joining EBRD, Anna worked at Barclays Capital in London. Before that she gained experience at AIB in Dublin, HVB in Munich and National Bank of Poland.Anna holds PhD in Economics from the Warsaw School of Economics, MA in Finance from the Warsaw School of Economics, CEMS Masters in International Management.

Aldevinas Burokas is an accomplished executive with 15 years experience in renewable energy, energy trading, and business development. Aldevinas began his energy career at Alpiq and subsequently held executive positions at Ignitis, Axton Commodities, and Green Genius, further enhancing his expertise in the energy sector. As a CEO of GoldenPeaks Trading Switzerland AG, Aldevinas currently leads the commercial optimization of one of the quickest growing solar and storage portfolios across European markets.

Shannon O'Connell is the Co-Founder and CEO of Stora Energy. Shannon brings nearly two decades of renewable energy, engineering, and construction management experience. Before founding Stora , she served as a director at NextEra Energy, the largest renewables company in the US, as well as a country manager at R.Power Renewables, a leading renewable energy firm in Poland. She has founded and led multiple new ventures in the energy space in both Europe and the US. She is a graduate of MIT and Harvard Business School.

Maciej Rebajn is Head of BESS at Respect Energy, responsible for all battery storage–related activities within the company. He coordinates the commercial strategy, market entry assessments, and asset optimisation for the BESS portfolio, working closely with technology partners, investors, and grid operators to maximise project returns and system performance. Previously, Maciej served as Head of Strategy Execution and Business Development at Qemetica, where he oversaw strategic initiatives, international expansion, and M&A for one of the largest industrial businesses in Central Europe. Before that, he spent nine years at Bain & Company in Europe, Australia, and Asia, advising energy, infrastructure, and private equity clients on mergers and acquisitions, growth strategies, and performance improvement. Maciej holds a Master’s degree in Finance and Accounting from the Warsaw School of Economics and is passionate about innovation in the energy transition.

Miłosz Gliński is an executive director with Santander Corporate & Investment Banking, based in Warsaw. He is responsible for innovative ESG financing solutions for both corporate clients and financial investors, with a particular focus on renewables and emerging energy technologies. Miłosz recently concentrated on expanding the scope of ESG financing products available in Poland, including coordinating and executing the first ESG-linked syndicated loan in the CEE region, as well as helping establish Santander as a leading Project Finance lender in Poland in the renewable space. In addition, he leads Santander Poland’s efforts in emerging energy technologies, including energy storage and green hydrogen.
