Maud Gaide is Solar Director at Q ENERGY, where she leads the development of large-scale photovoltaic projects across France. With more than twenty years of experience in environmental studies and renewable energy development, she has overseen complex projects from early permitting through to construction and commissioning. Working at the intersection of regulation, environment, and territorial dialogue, she collaborates closely with public authorities and stakeholders.

Giacomo Alfredo Aglio is co-founder and CEO of Dual Energy, an EPFL spin-off whose software brings finance, energy, and agronomy into a single decision-making layer quantifying and optimising agrivoltaic projects from origination to operation.

Stephanie is Solar Technical Manager at Akuo Energy. She holds a double degree in Environmental Engineering from the Polytechnic School of São Paulo and École des Ponts et Chaussées in France, as well as a Master’s in Energy Transition. At Akuo, she specializes in the technical development of solar projects, with experience ranging from Agri-PV and floating solar in France to large-scale fixed and tracker systems in Latin America. Stephanie is also active in Environmental and Social Community, helping integrate IFC performance standards for greater project sustainability. She has contributed to the European SERENDI-PV project, working with international partners to enhance the performance and integration of advanced photovoltaic technologies, including floating and bifacial systems

Stéphane leverages 6 years of experience in agrivoltaics and founded Agrisoleo in 2020. He is in charge of strategic, commercial and operational development.

Morgan Verdier has spent the last five years working closely with solar developers across Europe, notably at Glint Solar and Imagreen. By analyzing a wide range of project workflows, he has gained a practical understanding of the best practices that lead to faster development and higher success rates. Today, Morgan focuses on helping developers streamline their processes and reduce project risks to better navigate the European energy landscape.

Richmond Kuleape is an AgriPV/Solar Engineer at Uniper Renewables, focusing on utility scale PV and Agri-PV projects across Europe. He contributes hands-on experience in navigating permitting, development risks, and project bankability in different market contexts.

Marike Brezillon is an AgriPV Manager at Enoé énergie, a French renewable energy company developing BtoB solar projects across the country, with a strong focus on local value creation and territorial integration. Alongside her team of agronomists, she is responsible for ensuring that agricultural issues are fully taken into account in photovoltaic projects. They adapt PV design to the needs of agricultural production ; cattle, sheep, poultry, and more ; and supervise regulatory agricultural studies from development through to operation. Marike has an agricultural background with 15 years of experience. She joined the photovoltaic sector four years ago, when the French government began legislating and structuring the Agri-PV sector.

Alex Houtart is a Partner at Etherra and Founder of Impact Square, where he focuses on impact finance, energy, and sustainability. With a career spanning senior leadership roles at BNP Paribas Fortis and SWIFT, he has led global trade finance operations and developed sustainable banking solutions at scale. Alex also brings governance experience through multiple board and investment committee roles across fintech, venture capital, and medtech. His work at the intersection of finance and sustainability makes him a leading voice on mobilizing capital for energy security and the transition to a more resilient economy.

Johana Svobodova serves as the Practice Lead for Renewable Energy at Triodos Bank Belgium. Together with her team, she focuses on the origination and structuring of project finance across the Belgian and French markets. Her work encompasses established sectors like wind and solar, as well as emerging fields such as battery storage (BESS), green hydrogen, and the heat transition. Triodos Bank has been a pioneer in renewable energy since 1980 and was notably among the first banks to finance Agri-PV projects in France. Guided by this long-standing mission, Johana seeks to support innovative business models to help scale the energy transition. She brings 13 years of experience to her role, including five years with ING Bank in Belgium and New York. Prior to joining Triodos, she worked as a consultant on innovative finance initiatives, including solar energy projects for healthcare facilities in Sub-Saharan Africa. Johana holds an MSc in Business Engineering from Solvay Business School and a Master in Development Studies from UCL. She has also successfully completed all three levels of the CFA program.

Gerald Klauss is a Senior Account Manager at Erste Bank in Vienna, where he brings over 20 years of experience in banking and finance, with a strong focus on project finance and renewable energy. Throughout his career, he has structured and financed complex transactions across alternative energy, real estate, and ESG-focused SME clients. Notably, he led the €43 million PÜSPÖK agri-photovoltaic and battery storage deal, one of Europe’s largest co-financed agri-PV projects. Gerald’s deep expertise makes him a valuable voice on financing innovative renewable energy projects and scaling sustainable infrastructure.

Amélie has managed several complex infrastructure transactions in the energy transition sector, ranging from M&A (incl. equity raise) to debt financing and refinancing, as well as a public renewable energy tender. Prior to GGA, she worked at Natixis commodities structured finance team in Paris and New York

‎Alvaro Sanz is the Global Head of Development at Enerside, where he leads a diverse renewable energy portfolio across Europe and the Americas. He brings extensive international experience spanning the entire asset lifecycle, including merger and acquisition activities, project financing, development, and the successful transition to operations for large-scale energy infrastructure. Throughout his career, he has worked across several continents, with a recent focus on leading development and investment positions within independent power producers and private equity-backed platforms. His expertise covers a broad range of technologies, including solar renewables, battery storage, and thermal energy. Alvaro is a CFA Charterholder and is currently pursuing an MBA at London Business School. He also holds a Master’s degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Cantabria, including specialized study at Cornell University. He is a dedicated advocate for the energy transition, specializing in bridging technical engineering with financial strategy to enable the global shift toward a net-zero economy.

Paz Díaz Bauluz is a Partner in the infrastructure team at Demea, which she joined in April 2024. She brings over 14 years of international experience across the energy and infrastructure sectors, spanning investment, development, and procurement. She began her career at Acciona as a Procurement Manager before transitioning to project finance, holding roles at IDB Invest and IFC (World Bank Group), where she focused on infrastructure and energy investments across Latin America and other emerging markets. In 2020, she joined Matrix Renewables, a renewable energy investment platform backed by global alternative asset manager TPG. Paz holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation and earned an MBA from IE Business School. She also holds a Master’s degree in Engineering in the Management and Treatment of Water, Soil, and Waste from AgroParisTech, and a Master’s in Industrial Engineering from ICAI – Comillas Pontifical University.

Alessio Pinzone is an Italian renewable energy entrepreneur, Founder & CEO of ResFarm, a leading advisory platform specialized in agrivoltaics, and President of Agrivoltaica, the national association driving the recognition of agrivoltaics as a fully-fledged renewable technology in Italy. Convinced that sector growth requires shared foundations, through Agrivoltaica, he unites developers, institutions, and agricultural stakeholders around a common regulatory framework. Through ResFarm, he supports developers, IPPs, and institutional investors in de-risking and structuring utility-scale AgriPV projects, combining engineering depth with regulatory and commercial strategy. With a background in large-scale renewable infrastructure and international project development, including senior roles at Eni, Tecnimont, and Rina, he focuses on building platforms, unlocking new markets, and accelerating the integration of sustainable agriculture into the global energy transition.

Peter van Ees is a Thematic Banker at ABN AMRO. Within the Sector Expertise department, he focuses on the Energy Transition. Peter supports our relationship bankers on this theme across the bank. He is particularly active regarding the scaling up of the hydrogen economy in Northwest Europe. Innovation and the challenges surrounding the overhaul of business models play a major role in this. As a corporate account manager at the stock exchange, he learned to view things from a company-specific perspective at the macro level. He did this for nearly twenty years at HSBC, UBS Investment Bank, and ABN AMRO. Peter studied Business Administration at Nyenrode Business School and Political Science at the University of Amsterdam, and is a CFA charterholder. He lives in Amsterdam with his partner Sabine and their two children.

Jorrit Becking is an agriculture and clean energy professional with more than seven years of international experience across sustainable farming, climate finance, and agrivoltaics. He is Co-Founder of AgRadiance and previously served as Chief Agriculture Officer at Okovate Sustainable Energy, where he focused on making agrivoltaics commercially viable for farmers through practical, field-based solutions. Earlier in his career, Jorrit worked with the World Bank on climate finance, landscape restoration, and sustainable agriculture initiatives across multiple regions. His work sits at the intersection of farming, energy, and sustainability, with a strong focus on building resilient and profitable rural communities.

Elina Bosch holds a Master’s degree in Energy Engineering and has been working since 2019 as a Senior Analyst at the Becquerel Institute, a Belgian consultancy company specialized in solar photovoltaics. Her expertise spans key aspects of the solar PV sector, including market dynamics, regulatory frameworks and techno-economic analysis for conventional and emerging solar PV applications. She is actively involved in research and consultancy projects, supporting research centers, organizations, and companies across various countries by providing strategic insights, analyzing the competitiveness of PV business models, and tracking regulatory developments affecting the sector.

Camélia is an Energy Engineer with an MSc in Renewable Energy Science and Technology from École Polytechnique (X). With more than 8 years of experience in the solar industry at DNV, she has specialized in Technical Due Diligence, Technology Reviews, Design Reviews, and Construction Monitoring for utility-scale solar projects worldwide. She previously led Floating PV activities for the Southern Europe region and contributed to key industry initiatives, including the Joint Industry Project (JIP) RP-0584 and the Guideline for Design and Testing of Floats. Her expertise also includes bankability assessments for solar technologies, supporting both manufacturers and Independent Power Producers (IPPs). Since July, Camélia has been working as a Technical Product Specialist for SolarFarmer, leveraging her background in energy assessment together with her hands-on customer experience to help shape and improve the SaaS platform from both technical and user perspectives.

Constantin Klyk is a Mechanical Engineering graduate with expertise in renewable energies. With a background in research and a specific focus on Agri-PV systems, Constantin has made significant contributions to the field. When he served as a Project and Product Manager at Zimmermann, a prominent Sub-structure supplier, Constantin plays a crucial role in designing and implementing Agri-PV systems. Now, Constantin works as an independent consultant, at Agri-Pv Consulting. Additionally, Constantin is recognized as the lead author of the first dedicated book on Agri-PV: Agrivoltaics: Technical, ecological, commercial and legal aspects, due to be published on the first of July.

Sébastien Ackermann is the founder of ASDEV, a French consulting firm specialized in agrivoltaics, working with the vast majority of developers active in the country. With over 15 years of experience in agricultural solar projects and as the author of several solar-related patents, he operates at the interface between developers, farmers and regulatory frameworks. His work focuses on aligning project design with the diversity of French farming systems and ensuring long-term agricultural and regulatory viability.
