Neill Parkinson is a seasoned renewable energy professional, having spent the past 15 years in the LFP battery space with extensive expertise in business development, product management, product marketing and technical sales before progressing into the storage space and has never looked back. Neill is proud to currently serve as Business Development & Product Manager (BESS) within the storage division of Jinko Solar Co., Ltd., where their dedicated team is focusing on utility scale and C&I battery storage solutions. Passionate about creating a sustainable future, Neill is dedicated to making a meaningful impact.

Alexander Esser founded and heads the dedicated Nordics & Baltics team based in Stockholm with 15 team members, offering advisory and forecasts for energy markets in Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Latvia, Lithuania, Sweden, and Norway. He has been with Aurora for 7 years and Previously, he led the continental commercial team and was part of the initial team building up the Berlin office. In his currently role, he oversaw more than 30 transactions and debt financing of wind, solar, battery and electrolyser assets and portfolios, as well as strategic projects such as the first project finance of an electrolyser for green steel in Sweden and the evaluation of capacity markets for Finland.

Following her studies in energy system engineering, Amelia Oller Westerberg has been involved in preparing the last four Swedish national survey reports for IEA PVPS. The task is focused around compiling the annual changes in installation volumes, price development and regulations at national level and together analyse the global trends. Within her employment at Becquerel Sweden, she also holds a position of Market analyst at the European Solar Manufacturing council, the industry organization representing the European upstream PV industry.

Mikkel joined Our New Energy as a Partner in 2019, and heads up the Nordic and UK markets. He came from a position as Head of Origination at Danske Commodities, where he was responsible for their +6GW renewables PPA portfolio. Our New Energy is the leading European PPA advisor having closed +2.5 GW of long term PPAs for unsubsidised assets across Europe. Mikkel Kring is a strong believer of hybrid projects (wind+solar), and predicts a rapid expansion of solar in particularly in Sweden and Denmark.

Nicholas Etherden works at CheckWatt as a strategy manager for development of flexibility services. He has a PhD in electrical engineering and also holds a position as a senior adjunct lecturer at the electric engineering group of Luleå University of Technology. He is a specialist in solar power integration, smart grids, power utility automation and virtual power plants. Nicholas has 20 years of experience in research and development within electric power engineering as a developer at ABB, consultant at Swedish Transmission Research Institute (now part of Hitachi Energy) and R&D senior engineer (at Vattenfall). At CheckWatt, Sweden's largest independent aggregator, he works with aggregation of residential and utility-scale batteries and development of new services towards DSO, TSO, balance responsible parties and electric retailers.

5 years at Better Energy Group, Initial focus on capital/finance matters and has during the last three years established Better Energy in Sweden. Prior to that, Andreas worked ten years at SEB Group with Retail and Wealth Management strategies and project execution in Sweden, Denmark and Luxembourg. Andreas started his career as an auditor at EY and then had a stint at Capgemini Consulting within finance transformation.

Marcus is a senior strategist working with process development in the newly formed unit Connections and customer relations at the Swedish TSO Svenska Kraftnät. He has more than two decades experience in the power sector.

Christoffer has more than 14 years of experience from the infrastructure and renewable energy sectors as a financial adviser. Before joining DNB Carnegie’s Investment Banking Division (based in Stockholm) in 2018, he worked at PwC’s corporate finance team in Stockholm and London, with a particular focus on energy infrastructure. DNB Carnegie is one of the leading Nordic investment banks with a global focus on renewables, infrastructure and energy transition, and an extensive transaction experience within the sector. In his role at DNB Carnegie, Christoffer is covering renewables and infrastructure primarily across Nordics, Baltics and Poland, including transactions within wind, solar, battery storage, Power-to-X, EV charging etc. as well as the wider infrastructure space.

Gustav is the co-founder and Head of Business Development at Turn Energy, taking position as the No 1 Solar Energy Brand in the Nordics. He has more than 10 years of experience from the Energy and Transportation industries. At Turn Energy Gustav is responsible for international expansion, the origination and execution of mergers and acquisitions and for developing supporting commercial opportunities such as BESS, Power2X etc. Gustav is also a member of the Executive Committee of “Nätverket för Solparker”, an industry collaboration of Sweden’s 18 largest solar players.

Madeleine Edqvist specializes in environment and energy law with expertise in regulatory and energy-related projects, especially in the renewables sector.

With 20 years + at the forefront of the renewable energy sector, Antoni Beltran has spearheaded the global transition towards a sustainable future. His leadership has been instrumental in developing, executing, and expanding solar PV and wind businesses across diverse regions including North Asia, Southeast Asia, Latin America, and Europe. As a dedicated family man, his drive extends beyond professional achievements, aiming to leave a lasting legacy of a 100% renewable-powered world for future generations.

Agata Absalyamova, a Key Account Manager at Sungrow since 2023, brings experience in PV and ESS projects across multiple countries. With an MSc in Engineering specialising in energy systems, she has contributed to utility-scale solar development in Sweden and now, drives partnerships in the Swedish and European ESS markets.

Magnus is the Head of Sales and Procurement for Utility-scale projects at Svea Solar. He joined Svea Solar in 2020 and is overseeing all external projects and procurement activities. During his time with the company, Svea Solar has become the leading Utility scale EPC in Sweden with over 50 realized projects to date. He has prior experience in the renewable industry with positions at Orsted and Vattenfall working with business development, digitalization, strategy, and corporate venture. Magnus holds a Master of Science in Energy, Environment & Management with a major in Industrial Economics, specializing in energy from Linköping University. Additionally, he has completed academic exchanges at Queensland University of Technology in Australia and at École Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne in Switzerland.

Helena Fagraeus Lundström joined Solkompaniet as Chief Strategy Officer in 2023 and recently took on the role as Business Unit Director for Solkompaniet Land Development. Solkompaniet started in 2010 and is the market leader in large-scale solar power in Sweden. The company develops solar parks from origination to EPC, as well as builds large scale roof top solar installations. Helena started her career at McKinsey & Company as a management consultant. Following that, she spent +8 years at Arla Foods, in strategic as well as commercial leadership roles in Sweden and the UK. She then joined Summa Equity, a pioneer within impact investment, and has since then dedicated her professional life to creating solutions to the climate crisis. She joined Solkompaniet from the Swedish green tech company X Shore, a leader in the electrification of leisure boating, where she was CSO and Deputy CEO. Further, she is member of the Board of Vestum, a Swedish industrial group that provides services and products to civic infrastructure.

Joost Samsom is partner and co-founder of Voltiq. Voltiq is a boutique investment banking firm specializing in energy transition. Joost has 25 years of experience in the development, acquisition and management of renewable energy projects and companies. He has been leading numerous equity and debt raisings for solar and wind developers throughout Europe and Latin America. Before co-founding Voltiq in 2009, Joost was an Executive Board Member at the clean energy branch of global retail and distribution company SHV. Prior to working for SHV, Joost worked for Dutch utility Nuon (nowadays Vattenfall). From 2002 – 2006 he was responsible for Nuon’s investments in Spain based in Seville. Joost has served as an executive and non-executive director on the board of renewable energy companies in the United Kingdom, Germany, Chile, Mexico, Spain and The Netherlands. He has in-depth knowledge of wind, solar, bio-energy, battery storage and hydrogen. Joost is a graduate in European Studies at the University of Amsterdam and is fluent in Dutch, English, Spanish and German.

Emma Hellström, Chief Strategy Officer at Flower, has played an important role in driving the company's growth over the past three years. With deep expertise across the entire battery ecosystem, she excels in areas ranging from procurement to multi-market trading. Her extensive knowledge of the renewable energy sector keeps her at the forefront of industry innovation, helping to position Flower as a key enabler of the energy transition. Flower is a Swedish greentech scale-up enabling the energy system of tomorrow. Founded in 2020, Flower is backed by senior and well-known investors, such as the venture capital firm Northzone, distribution system operator Ellevio, and H&M chairman Karl-Johan Persson. Flower's flexible asset portfolio combined with the in-house machine learning-based optimization platform enables a reliable and fossil-free energy system. As one of the leading Nordic flexibility providers, Flower participates in a variety of ancillary service markets as well as wholesale trading by taking on the Balance Responsible Party (BRP) role for solar power and other asset types, while also being a PPA off-taker.

Joel is a Director and Head of Investments Sweden in the Infranode team. Joel leads all aspects of Infranode’s Swedish investment activities from origination to execution and has over 10 years of infrastructure investment experience. Since joining Infranode in 2017Joel has been part of several key investments across the Nordics as well as fundraising efforts for Infranode Fund I and II. Joel has held various board positions and asset management receptibility within Infranode’s portfolio companies spanning from e.g., greenfield solar projects to sustainable container port investments.

Alejandro is a product marketing manager for the utility business group at LONGi. He joined in early 2023 and is providing technical support on technology development of the PV modules and in the optimization of PV plant projects. Alejandro holds a Master’s degree in Renewable Energies & Sustainable Development with a major in Physics.

Having worked in the renewables industry in technical lead roles for over 20 years, David has established himself as a leading expert on solar PV and energy storage. He has led technical teams in design and implementation of over 5GW of PV projects as well as Solar & Storage integrated projects. David now holds a position as an ESS expert in Huawei.

Entrepreneur with focus on driving sustainable growth within renewable energy. Founder of wind power developer Kraftö in 2006. Over the last 7 years Christoffer has focused on Solar and Energy storage as CEO of Soltech Energy Solutions. Under his leadership the company has transformed from a 2meur technical consulting firm to a 60meur B2B Utility size Developer, EPC and O&M provider with approximately 100 employees working in Solar and Energy Storage.

Peter Bredkær Engelbrektsen has accumulated 21 years of experience in the Purchase Department at one of Europe's largest dairy companies, Arla Foods. Over the last decade, he has played a crucial role in incorporating the company's green ambitions into tangible contracts for new renewable energy. Viewing this endeavor as an imperative journey, Peter, a responsible citizen and father of four, believes in accelerating our efforts toward a sustainable future.

Edwin founded Solarplaza company in 2004. He is a senior PV expert and started in the photovoltaic solar energy business in 1994. He has experience as a solar energy consultant and project developer in more than 200 PV projects. Edwin holds a Master’s degree in Chemical engineering and previously worked in the Chemical industry before starting his first consultancy company in PV in 1994.
