Marta Głód is a director of the development and purchase of photovoltaic and energy storage projects at OX2 Polska. She has been associated with renewable energy since 2007 when she actively participated in the development of wind farms in Poland. She has been involved in photovoltaic projects since 2017, in her experience supervising the first solar farm structures and since 2019 she has been managing the development team of large-scale solar farms and energy storage projects.

Adam Kościelniak is one of the most experienced financial and transactional advisors in Poland in the area of renewable energy. He has many years of experience in professional advisory, which he gained at international consulting firms from the "Big 4". He has supported clients in the areas of M&A transactions, raising bank financing, business valuations and building financial models. Most recently, he was a Deputy Director at one of the “Big 4” companies in the team specializing in renewable energy and infrastructure investments.
