Mr Roszkowski is a current entrepreneur and President of the Jagiellonian Institute. In the past he has been a researcherat the Institute of Political Science, lecturer at the Collegium Civitas, director of Communications at the National Bank of Poland, spokesperson of the Warsaw Uprising Museum, spokesperson of the President of the city of Warsaw as well as Vice Director of International affairs in the cabinet of the Polish President.His main fields of studies are: renewable energy, strategic studies and international affairs.

Filip Sypko is the Head of Global Business Development at Green Genius - a renewable energy company developing solar and biogas projects across 6 European markets. For years, as entrepreneur and manager he has been associated with the energy and renewable energy industry with various experiences in sales, technical consulting and business development. Filip is a graduate of the Faculty of Energy and Fuels at the AGH University of Science and Technology in Kraków, MBA studies at Koźmiński Executive Business School in Warsaw and Technische Universität Clausthal in Clausthal-Zellerfeld.

Anna has 15 years of finance and banking experience, including extensive expertise in structured finance.Currently Anna is responsible for EBRD activity in Central Europe with focus on Power, Energy & Utilities business segment. Her responsibilities involve structuring and execution of EBRD's financings including project finance structures, public-private partnerships and privatisations.Anna joined EBRD in 2006, and since then she has led numerous financing in different sectors (including also natural resources, transport, property) with an gradually increasing specialisation in energy and infrastructure. These transactions included wide range of complex debt, equity as well as syndicated deals. Prior to joining EBRD, Anna worked at Barclays Capital in London. Before that she gained experience at AIB in Dublin, HVB in Munich and National Bank of Poland.Anna holds PhD in Economics from the Warsaw School of Economics, MA in Finance from the Warsaw School of Economics, CEMS Masters in International Management.

Ertuğ Babataş is Head of Enerparc International and responsible for international activities of Enerparc. He was involved in several EPC projects in different regions including Europe, UK, MENA, Turkey, CIS with total capacity of more than 500 MWp. He is currently responsible for development activities within Europe and managing a pipeline of PV projects with more than 500 MWp capacity, in several countries together with local partners.

Filinto is Managing Director and Head of NextPower III, the international investment fund of NextEnergy Capital. With 15 years of international experience in the renewables sector including positions such as Investment Officer at Smartenergy, Head of Europe at Martifer Solar, Western Europe Coordinator at Gamesa, Business Development Manager for Union Fenosa and Enel Green Power. Filinto has a strong track record in Origination, structuring and transaction, both Wind and Solar PV, and development management of significant portfolio of projects.

Dr. Stijn Stevens is the Chief Technology Officer at meteocontrol. From the office space in Berlin, he leads the technology development covered by the departments Research & Development, Product Management, Technology & Operations and IT. He looks back on long-term experience within the renewable energy sector ranging from power plant and micro grid control to data analytics and cloud monitoring solutions. His valuable know-how contributes to meteocontrol's continued success.

Agnieszka Kulińska is a partner in Dentons’ Warsaw office and a member of the Energy & Natural Resources practice team. She assists a number of clients in development and acquisition of wind farm projects and other renewable energy sources in Poland, including in particular pre-financing due diligence of projects.Agnieszka provides legal advice on contractual issues, including construction contracts, offtake contracts and contracts for delivery in the power and railway sectors.

Piotr Nerwiński is a partner in Dentons' Warsaw office and a member of the Banking and Finance practice team. Piotr has broad experience in acting as both lender’s counsel and borrower’s counsel at all stages of domestic and cross-border financings. He has closed a number of key financing transactions, including project finance, real estate finance and acquisition finance projects. He also specializes in financing of renewable energy sources, including the ones with awarded auction support. He advised on financing of some of the biggest onshore wind farms and portfolios of PV power plants. In 2019-2020, he advised on several RES projects with a total capacity exceeding 700 MW. His clients include banks and international investors as well as international financial institutions, such as European Investment Bank, Danish Export Finance Agency and European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD). In 2015 and 2016 Piotr completed two six months long secondments with the EBRD in London, where he worked on transactions of financing projects in the Balkans as well as in the CEE and CIS regions.

Mr. Guzik took on the position of Wento’s Development Director after sixteen-year career development in the energy industry. At that time, he was associated with companies such as Siemens, Siteco and Polterm, where for six years he was actively developing the energy market in Poland, both in terms of technical and commercial aspects. For the next five years, Mr. Guzik worked for RWE Polska S.A. as Key Account Manager and subsequently Senior Manager at Key Accounts Department, preparing successful strategies for sales and product development on the newly created wholesale energy market. In years 2009-2010, Mr. Guzik worked as Senior Originator at EGL Polska, specializing in gas and power trade and supply. He was responsible for market strategy preparation and execution for renewable and conventional energy. Then, he joined Gamesa Energia Polska, a wind turbine manufacturer and wind farm developer as Senior Transaction Executive. During his stay at Gamesa, Mr. Guzik successfully completed multiple sale transactions of fully operating wind farms. Mr. Guzik received a master`s degree in 1997 at Warsaw University of Technology, and then he completed postgraduate studies in the Warsaw School of Economics in the Faculty of Management and Marketing. He is fluent in Polish and English, and has some knowledge of Russian and Spanish.

Katarzyna Klimkiewicz-Deplano is Founding Partner of Advicero Nexia. She is certified Tax Advisor since 2003, gathering professional experience since 2000. She specializes in Due Diligence processes and transaction advice. She has broad experience of advising on acquisitions and disposals of target companies, enterprises or assets, in particular in relation to renewable energy and real estate projects, as well as related financial restructuring.Katarzyna has advised and supported numerous restructuring projects, designing solutions to optimize both the transactional and ongoing tax exposure, her experience includes: mergers, liquidations, transformations and in-kind contributions. Katarzyna has acted as an advisor to numerous open-ended or closed investment funds on both transactional and on-goingactivities, including acquisitions and disposals via asset or share deals, restructurings aimed at tax optimization, obtaining tax exemption for Polish sourced income. Katarzyna has broad experience in advising renewable energy entities, in particular in project acquisition, financing, elaboration of business plans, settlement of sale of energy or green certificates.She also has experience in representing her clients in disputes with tax authorities as well as in front of Administrative Courts. She is regularly honored as a recommended tax advisor (rankings of tax advisory companies in the Rzeczpospolita daily – international tax law category and International Tax Review “Women in Tax Leaders” ranking). Katarzyna advises in Polish, English, German and Italian.

Johanna did her bachelor in Electrical Engineering with a 2-year specialization in Power Systems in Ecuador, at the Escuela Superior Politécnica del Litoral, ESPOL. After graduating, she started working as a planning analyst at the Ecuadorian State Electricity Distribution holding company, Corporación Nacional de Electricidad (CNEL EP). By the beginning of 2016, she obtained her master's degree in Renewable Energies in Germany, at the Cologne University of Applied Sciences. Since 2016, she was part of the solar team of TÜV Rheinland GmbH in Cologne. Her work focused on the analysis of the energy performance of solar modules under real conditions in several international projects. Her expertise includes PV module characterization, PV system performance analysis, field failures, energy rating and bifacial technologies. Johanna also holds a professional certificate in Solar Energy in Hot Desert climates at the Hamad Bin Khalifa University (HBKU), Qatar. In November 2020, Johanna joined Jinko Solar as a Technical Service manager in the EU Tech Team.

Dr. Christian Schnell is a partner in the Energy & Natural Resources practice team of Dentons’ Warsaw Office and also practices in the Munich office. Christian has more than 20 years of experience in advising on developments, acquisitions, disposals, EPCs, PPAs and heat supply agreements in the renewable energy sector in Poland, Central-Eastern and Southeast Europe. Christian has a varied client base, advising direct investors, renewable energy and infrastructure funds, private equity and private debt, international developers and financial institutions in respect of development, construction and operational projects. Christian has been leading transactions on numerous energy projects and has broad experience of premium support schemes, but also non-subsidy renewable energy projects, mainly onshore wind and ground-mounted solar PV projects. He has a profound knowledge about energy markets, strategic market forecasts and sector integration technologies. Christian has also longstanding experience with offshore project development and advises since many years on heat investments and heat supply contracts.

Tadeusz is a manager and expert in renewable energy with financial and technical backgrounds. He has over 20 year experience from M&A transactions in renewable and conventional power sector, project development and asset management. Has a working knowledge of Poland’s regulatory regime and renewable electricity market. Currently acts as business development manager for OBTON A/S in Poland and has been involved in two deals which resulted in OBTON acquiring 95 MW of operational PV assets. Prior to joining OBTON, Tadeusz worked for PGE S.A. on asset management tasks. Before that he gained experience from DONG A/S where he headed a team responsible for developing a portfolio of wind projects in Poland. Earlier, Tadeusz spent over 10 years with Vattenfall Group supporting their acquisitions in Poland and among others heading teams responsible for due diligence and valuations of the targeted renewable and conventional assets. Tadeusz holds MA in Finance from the Warsaw School of Economics. He also holds MSc in Civil Engineering.

Michał Swół – Chief Financial Officer of R.Power with over 20 years of experience in finance at CFO, senior executives and managerial positions with industry focus on energy incl. marketing & trading and renewables. In 2009 - 2018 he was CFO and Deputy CEO of DUON Group and Fortum Markets Polska, following Duon acquisition by Fortum at 2016. Earlier he worked for Orange, KPMG Corporate Finance and Nafta Polska dealing with M&A, business valuations and strategy advisory projects. Before joining R. Power at 2020, he was a partner at Movens Capital, VC/PE fund and part-time CFO at one of the fund's portfolio companies. CIMA Member as ACMA, CGMA. At R.Power manages Structured Finance, PPA, Asset Management and M&A departments.

Filip is Associate in Aurora’s Research and Publication team in Berlin, leading Polish power market activities. During his over 3 years in Aurora he was involved in building Polish offering and modelling capacities behind. Previously Filip worked for BCG and Instrat Foundation focusing on investments processes for Polish utilities. He has also gained work experience in Transition Technologies and within KAPE created long-term policy model for Polish market.

Dariusz Stolarek, Certified Tax Advisor, is a partner in Dentons' Warsaw office and a member of the Tax Advisory group. Dariusz specializes in tax advisory for renewables sector. He advises on tax aspects of foreign and domestic investments. He has participated in numerous M&A projects involving tax structuring of transactions and tax due diligence projects, in particular for the renewable sector. His areas of expertise also comprise international tax structuring involving planning and implementation of new operational structures for foreign investors in Poland, financing, acquisition, construction and use of real estate as well as exit scenarios for corporate investors.

Maciej is a seasoned C-level executive and expert in renewable energy with strong financial and strategic management backgrounds. He has over 20 years of experience in the fields of renewable energy, capital markets, M&A transactions and project management. Since 2020 Maciej has acted as country head for Photon Energy Poland, overseeing all business lines including project development, O&M services and on-site PV solutions for business clients. Earlier in his career, Maciej worked in the energy team of PwC and also served as CEO of PGE Energia Odnawialna S.A. and was on the management board of ENEA S.A. Maciej also possess extensive investment and value-creation experience, gained within reputable local and international private equity firms such as EQT, Oresa Ventures, Equitin and Capital Partners S.A. He holds an MBA from the Warsaw School of Economics.

Michał Siembab represents PVO International in Poland since 2020. He has been active in the renewable energy sector in Poland for over 15 years, as a project developer and managing director in Dutch and German energy groups as well as trade associations and chambers of commerce focused on renewable energy sources. He is a graduate of the Poznań University of Technology and Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań.

Jerzy is an experienced product manager representing inverter manufacturer: Sungrow in Poland and Eastern Europe. With a Master's in electrical engineering at Warsaw Technical University, post-graduate in project management at Warsaw School of Economics, and an MBA at WHU in Dusseldorf, Jerzy has now more than 17 years of international experience in electrical engineering, including design, contracting, project management, business development, and pre-sales support in the field of photovoltaics, power supply systems, energy conversion, storage, and energy-saving solutions.

Kent Hauptfleisch is currently responsible for executing Sonnedix’ market entry strategy into Poland through the acquisition of solar PV projects at various stages of their development or operational lifecycle. He has previously been involved in the acquisition of various assets in France, Italy, and Spain as well as strategic approaches on several multi-geography platforms on behalf of Sonnedix. Prior to joining Sonnedix in 2019, Kent provided investment advisory services to various emerging market-facing investment platforms. Projects included the $115 million refinancing of an African independent power producer and investment advisory on the acquisition of various industrial businesses in Africa and Asia. Prior to that, he worked for Standard Chartered Bank’s M&A team where he advised on the bid for a 600MWp power plant in Botswana amongst other mandates. Kent holds an honors degree in Investment Management from the University of Pretoria and is currently completing his Executive MBA with the Warwick Business School.

Piotr started his career with Bank Pekao S.A. With DNB since 2011. He has over 10 year experience in corporate banking, including project finance (chiefly real estate and renewable energy) and leveraged finance. Currently head of Structured & Project Finance Department with responsibility over financing renewable energy projects, syndicated loans and leveraged finance transactions. Graduated from Warsaw School of Economics. Since 2017 member of the CFA Institute (Chartered Financial Analyst).

Paweł Wróbel is an EU affairs professional with 15 years of work experience in Brussels (5 years in the European Parliament, 5 years in the European Commission), with extensive expertise in energy, climate and environment policies as well as EU budget. He is Director of RE-Source Poland since February 2022.

Nicola Kopij Zanin is a Project Manager for Solarplaza, part of Finance & Innovation team, contributing to the company's growth in markets worldwide. Prior to joining Solarplaza, he gained experience with EU development financing, having set up his own organisation. In the past, he held positions in different industries across Italy, Poland and the UAE. Nicola holds a bachelor's degree in Economics and Business from LUISS University in Rome and a Master's degree in Finance & Investments from Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University.
