Mette Kristine Kanestrøm is Head of Solar, Storage and Smart Grid at Multiconsult, where she leads the development of innovative renewable energy and grid solutions across the Nordic market. With experience spanning solar energy, energy storage, smart grids, IoT, and telecommunications, she brings a unique perspective on how digitalization and clean energy technologies can work together to accelerate the energy transition. Prior to joining Multiconsult, Mette held leadership roles at Telenor and Solenergi FUSen, building expertise across both technology and renewable energy sectors.

Alexander Rudberg is Head of Development at Alight, where he leads the origination and development of utility-scale solar and battery storage projects across the Nordics. He joined Alight in 2016 and has since held leadership roles spanning business development, sales, people operations and country management in Finland.

Cecilie Arnemo Åsmul is CEO of Innlandet Fornybar AS, a Norwegian company developing, building, owning, and operating utility-scale solar PV projects. She has been involved in developing some of Norway's first ground-mounted solar power plants and works across the full project lifecycle, from early-stage development and permitting to grid connection, construction, ownership, and operations. Cecilie holds an MSc in Electrical Engineering and brings a practical perspective on the technical, commercial, and regulatory aspects of utility-scale solar development. At the conference, she will share her perspectives on the opportunities and challenges of utility-scale solar PV in the Norwegian market.

Prior to Alight, Kristoffer has held a range of senior finance roles across the Aker group of companies and has also worked in the energy practice at Boston Consulting Group. Kristoffer has deep industry expertise in renewables, financing, M&A and corporate development. His experience spans across high-growth greenfield projects and large-scale industrial platforms.

Julien Cossé is the Chief Strategy Officer at Nord Pool, Europe's leading power market. With a deep understanding of energy markets and strategic development, Julien plays a pivotal role in shaping Nord Pool's future direction and response to the evolving energy landscape. His expertise encompasses market design, regulatory affairs, and the integration of renewable energy sources, all crucial for the continued efficiency and stability of power trading across Europe. Prior to his current role, Julien held various senior positions within the energy sector, contributing significantly to market innovation and sustainable energy transitions.

Amanda has over 10 years of experience as an energy consultant, energy analyst and economist with expertise in power markets and trading strategies for new energy types in Australia, Europe and the US. Amanda provided power market and energy risk management training to over 100 energy stakeholders throughout Europe, Australia and Asia. Amanda joined Ingrid Capacity to build the commercial steer of the business. Amanda has worked previously at BKW, a Swiss Utility, to build the PPA business across Europe. Previously, Amanda also worked for Pexapark as a Senior consultant specialised in commercial energy risk management.
