Dr. Johan Lindahl holds a PhD from the Uppsala University and has extensive experience of market and regulatory issues concerning the photovoltaic market, both at national and international level. Partly as Secretary General of the European Solar Manufacturing Council and partly from the work as Swedish representative in the international organization IEA PVPS for the last 13 years, but also from the previous role as the spokesperson of the industry organization Svensk Solenergi.

Jolanta Graudone is the Head of the System Ancillary Services Unit at AS Augstsprieguma tīkls, Latvia’s electricity transmission system operator. In her role, she is responsible for the development and operation of ancillary services and has led key projects related to balancing market development in the Baltic region and Latvia, supporting regional market integration and power system stability. She holds two Master’s degrees from Riga Technical University, one in Electrical Engineering and one in Business Informatics, combining advanced technical expertise with a strong understanding of the strategic application of information systems in business and markets.

Arvydas Račkus is Head of Structured Finance at Swedbank in Lithuania, bringing deep experience in corporate banking and financial structuring. He has a strong record of advising clients on complex financing solutions, risk management, and corporate finance transactions. Arvydas holds a Master’s Degree in Finance and Banking from Vytautas Magnus University.

Anastasia Gurnell is Associate Director in the Structured Finance Origination team at NORD/LB, specialising in renewable energy and storage project financing across Europe. NORD/LB have financed over 850 MW of projects in the Baltics since 2023.

Edvardas Norkeliūnas has accumulated a diverse professional background over the years. He spent two years working as an energy regulator, followed by a decade-long tenure in trading, specializing in financial energy trades, Guarantee of Origins, and energy wholesale trades. Currently, Edvardas has been with Fusebox Energy Software for over a year, focusing on Virtual Power Plants, Flexibility, and Demand Side Response.

Expert in energy infrastructure financing and renewable energy financing in the Baltics, having worked with energy projects over 20 years, starting at client side and then for long years at the bank side. Head of project finance, M&A finance, syndicated loans, green loans, SLL-s and ESG advisory in SEB Estonia, leading a small team of dedicated professionals.

Bo joined NIB’s Project & Structured Finance team in 2020. Prior to joining NIB, he was the Sector Head in Corporate & Institutions Corporate Credit at Danske Bank, responsible for the Construction, Industrials & Materials sectors. Before Danske Bank, Bo worked at the Danish Export Credit Agency, EIFO, where he was involved in several project-financed Renewable Energy projects

Aistė Krasauskienė is Baltic Market Manager at Nord Pool, where she oversees market development and integration in one of Europe’s most dynamic regional electricity markets. With over 15 years of experience, including nine years leading market development at Litgrid, she has played a central role in the Baltic region’s integration with Nordic and European power markets. Aistė also serves on the board of the Lithuanian Energy Association, reflecting her leadership in shaping future market design. Her expertise lies in building smarter, more connected electricity systems across borders.

Nerijus Virbickas is a Head of Innovation at Green Genius with over 20 years of extensive experience in the global energy sector. He is also a mastermind behind the InnoSolveGreen project, which has been recognized by the European Climate, Infrastructure and Environment Executive Agency (CINEA) for its potential to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and accelerate the transition of European industries towards a carbon-free economy.

Søren Juel Hansen is director for energy storage at Nordic Solar where he is maturing and realizing several BESS across Europe. Nordic Solar owns operational solar PV parks in ten European countries and its current development and EPC pipeline includes a few more EU countries and contains around 2 GW solar PV and 1 GWh BESS. Since joining Nordic Solar in 2021, Søren’s focus has been on solar PV business development and adding energy storage to Nordic Solar’s European solar PV portfolio. Prior to joining Nordic Solar Søren has had roles as head of development, infrastructure, tariffs and preparedness and responsible for energy infrastructure M&A as well as elected member of the board at the Danish electricity and Gas transmission system operator, Energinet, where he developed and realised several infrastructure business and energy market models of which some since has turned into EU regulation and cross-border energy infrastructure. Søren also has a background with Ørsted, global telecom and the EU Commission.

Ignas Junevičius is Head of the Renewable Energy Centre at Litgrid AB, where he drives strategic planning and integration of renewable generation into the Baltic electricity system. With a strong background in leadership and business transformation across tech and infrastructure sectors, Ignas brings a systems‑oriented approach to solving challenges in grid flexibility and renewable integration. Prior to Litgrid, he held executive roles including Interim COO/CEO at ENTRA Holdings and CEO of Mediappark, blending business acumen with energy transition expertise. His multidisciplinary experience and analytical mindset make him a leading voice on the future of renewables and grid innovation.
