Corentin graduated in engineering at an engineering school in Paris (Ponts et Chaussées) and studied his master in sustainable energies at the Imperial College in London. Corentin has joined Clean Horizon in 2016 and is now partner, he is heading market analysis activities. As such, he acts as project manager on key market analysis projects as well as price forecasts efforts of the company. Additionally, Corentin is the commercial director of Clean Horizon.

Dr. Johan Lindahl holds a PhD from the Uppsala University and has extensive experience of market and regulatory issues concerning the photovoltaic market, both at national and international level. Partly as Secretary General of the European Solar Manufacturing Council and partly from the work as Swedish representative in the international organization IEA PVPS for the last 13 years, but also from the previous role as the spokesperson of the industry organization Svensk Solenergi.

Jolanta Graudone is the Head of the System Ancillary Services Unit at AS Augstsprieguma tīkls, Latvia’s electricity transmission system operator. In her role, she is responsible for the development and operation of ancillary services and has led key projects related to balancing market development in the Baltic region and Latvia, supporting regional market integration and power system stability. She holds two Master’s degrees from Riga Technical University, one in Electrical Engineering and one in Business Informatics, combining advanced technical expertise with a strong understanding of the strategic application of information systems in business and markets.

Arvydas Račkus is Head of Structured Finance at Swedbank in Lithuania, bringing deep experience in corporate banking and financial structuring. He has a strong record of advising clients on complex financing solutions, risk management, and corporate finance transactions. Arvydas holds a Master’s Degree in Finance and Banking from Vytautas Magnus University.

Anastasia Gurnell is Associate Director in the Structured Finance Origination team at NORD/LB, specialising in renewable energy and storage project financing across Europe. NORD/LB have financed over 850 MW of projects in the Baltics since 2023.

Edvardas Norkeliūnas has accumulated a diverse professional background over the years. He spent two years working as an energy regulator, followed by a decade-long tenure in trading, specializing in financial energy trades, Guarantee of Origins, and energy wholesale trades. Currently, Edvardas has been with Fusebox Energy Software for over a year, focusing on Virtual Power Plants, Flexibility, and Demand Side Response.

Umur Uğurlu is an Electrical and Electronic Engineer with over eight years of specialized experience in energy automation and technical leadership. Currently serving as the Energy Automation Manager at Inavitas Energy, he has furthered his expertise in Project Management, Energy Automation, and Power Plant Control (PPC) systems. Throughout his career, he has participated in and spearheaded numerous complex energy projects, including electrical distribution, renewable energy, and battery energy storage systems (BESS). By combining his technical proficiency with strategic business development and tender management skills, he has played a significant role in securing numerous high-budget contracts. Having contributed to IEEE-published research and participated in award-winning projects, including the 4th Trenchless Balkans Conference award, Umur is also a Formula 1 enthusiast and enjoys staying active through basketball and volleyball.

Expert in energy infrastructure financing and renewable energy financing in the Baltics, having worked with energy projects over 20 years, starting at client side and then for long years at the bank side. Head of project finance, M&A finance, syndicated loans, green loans, SLL-s and ESG advisory in SEB Estonia, leading a small team of dedicated professionals.

Bo joined NIB’s Project & Structured Finance team in 2020. Prior to joining NIB, he was the Sector Head in Corporate & Institutions Corporate Credit at Danske Bank, responsible for the Construction, Industrials & Materials sectors. Before Danske Bank, Bo worked at the Danish Export Credit Agency, EIFO, where he was involved in several project-financed Renewable Energy projects

Aistė Krasauskienė is Baltic Market Manager at Nord Pool, where she oversees market development and integration in one of Europe’s most dynamic regional electricity markets. With over 15 years of experience, including nine years leading market development at Litgrid, she has played a central role in the Baltic region’s integration with Nordic and European power markets. Aistė also serves on the board of the Lithuanian Energy Association, reflecting her leadership in shaping future market design. Her expertise lies in building smarter, more connected electricity systems across borders.

Tommi Lehtihuhta is Business Development Manager at Capalo AI, where he has been working closely with Baltic BESS projects for the past years. He has played a central role on the commercial side of BESS and hybrid projects, supporting local investors, developers and banks with insights into BESS optimization and revenue modelling. Tommi represents Capalo AI, a leading BESS optimizer in the Nordics and Baltics with over 1 GW of signed BESS capacity

Søren Juel Hansen is director for energy storage at Nordic Solar where he is maturing and realizing several BESS across Europe. Nordic Solar owns operational solar PV parks in ten European countries and its current development and EPC pipeline includes a few more EU countries and contains around 2 GW solar PV and 1 GWh BESS. Since joining Nordic Solar in 2021, Søren’s focus has been on solar PV business development and adding energy storage to Nordic Solar’s European solar PV portfolio. Prior to joining Nordic Solar Søren has had roles as head of development, infrastructure, tariffs and preparedness and responsible for energy infrastructure M&A as well as elected member of the board at the Danish electricity and Gas transmission system operator, Energinet, where he developed and realised several infrastructure business and energy market models of which some since has turned into EU regulation and cross-border energy infrastructure. Søren also has a background with Ørsted, global telecom and the EU Commission.

Rasa Jakaitis is a communications professional with international experience across the renewable energy sector, insurance, and tech environments. She previously led communication efforts for UNIBA Partners, the world’s second-largest independent insurance broking network. Known for her ability to translate complex technical topics into clear, accessible language, Rasa brings a grounded and audience-focused approach to energy sector communication. In her current role at Sinovoltaics as Media Manager, she leads international PR activities and oversees the company’s global communications strategy. She also manages an international renewable energy webinar programme, curating expert discussions on relevant industry topics and helping audiences stay informed about developments shaping the sector.

Over 10 years of commercial leadership experience within the PV sector in Sweden from some of the fastest-growing companies, such as SVEA Solar & AIRA. As Sales Director for the Nordics at Sigenergy, Anders manages all commercial activities for the whole portfolio, including C&I & Utility Storage, along with utility inverters and transformers. With a deep commercial understanding of both installation and end users' experience, he combines a powerful product portfolio with great insights to develop and maximize ROIs for PV projects. He holds an MBA degree from Linneaus University.

Rafał Kozieł is a Technical Expert at SMA Solar Technology, responsible for Poland and other Central and Eastern European countries. He is an Electrical Engineer and a graduate of the AGH University of Science and Technology. He has over a decade of experience in engineering and project management in the areas of electric power distribution, control systems, and renewable energy, gained, among others, at General Electric and ABB. In 2022, he joined SMA, contributing the company’s global experience and energy-sector knowhow to the regional market. He represents SMA in technical working groups, including those focused on PV and energy storage safety, cybersecurity, and power system stability. He is also a member of several industry associations and professional organizations. In his private life, he is passionate about travel, DIY projects, outdoor activities, and—more recently—beekeeping.

Nerijus Virbickas is a Head of Innovation at Green Genius with over 20 years of extensive experience in the global energy sector. He is also a mastermind behind the InnoSolveGreen project, which has been recognized by the European Climate, Infrastructure and Environment Executive Agency (CINEA) for its potential to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and accelerate the transition of European industries towards a carbon-free economy.

With over 20 years of experience in the solar and energy storage sectors, John boasts a remarkable track record of success. He's expertly built high-performing sales and marketing teams while consistently identifying, developing, and realizing new business opportunities across the globe. His extensive background includes pivotal leadership roles such as EVP of Global Sales and Service at SMA, a leading Germany-based solar inverter supplier, and CSO of Ideematec Trackers, a prominent Germany-based solar tracker supplier. John also served as the Managing Director for Trina Solar Australia and New Zealand, a leading China-based solar module manufacturer, further solidifying his deep expertise in the global solar landscape.

Kristaps Dīriņš is Chief Technology Officer at AJ Power Corporate Group, where he leads the development and implementation of industrial-scale energy projects and oversees the AJ Power energy project management team. With more than ten years of experience in business management, project development, and strategic planning, he specializes in identifying new opportunities, delivering complex energy infrastructure projects, and managing large-scale investments. He has worked with major private and public sector partners on the delivery of large energy infrastructure projects.

Eduardas is a Senior Associate at WALLESS specialising in energy law, with over 10 years of experience in the private and public sectors. Over the past four years, he has focused on renewable energy, advising clients on grid connection, PPAs, regulatory changes, and other legal aspects of generation, storage and consumption projects. Part of that work included contributing to the synchronisation of the Lithuanian electricity grid with continental Europe – one of the defining moments in the region’s energy history.

Ignas Junevičius is Head of the Renewable Energy Centre at Litgrid AB, where he drives strategic planning and integration of renewable generation into the Baltic electricity system. With a strong background in leadership and business transformation across tech and infrastructure sectors, Ignas brings a systems‑oriented approach to solving challenges in grid flexibility and renewable integration. Prior to Litgrid, he held executive roles including Interim COO/CEO at ENTRA Holdings and CEO of Mediappark, blending business acumen with energy transition expertise. His multidisciplinary experience and analytical mindset make him a leading voice on the future of renewables and grid innovation.

Nicola Kopij Zanin is an Independent Consultant at Solarplaza. He covers the role of M&A Director at PST, a Polish-based IPP & developer. Nicola holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Business from LUISS University in Rome, a Master's degree in Finance & Investments from Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University, and has obtained the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Level 2 Certificate.
