European Agri-PV update: where can developers build next?

Tatiana Boudrot has been a member of the Paris Bar since 2016. She specializes in public law, more specifically renewable energy (onshore and offshore wind, solar, hydro, and biomass), urban planning law, environmental law, and classified facilities law. In this capacity, she assists and advises companies on the implementation of renewable energy projects, such as wind, photovoltaic, and biomass, and acts in litigation.

Alessio Pinzone is an Italian renewable energy entrepreneur, Founder & CEO of ResFarm, a leading advisory platform specialized in agrivoltaics, and President of Agrivoltaica, the national association driving the recognition of agrivoltaics as a fully-fledged renewable technology in Italy. Convinced that sector growth requires shared foundations, through Agrivoltaica, he unites developers, institutions, and agricultural stakeholders around a common regulatory framework. Through ResFarm, he supports developers, IPPs, and institutional investors in de-risking and structuring utility-scale AgriPV projects, combining engineering depth with regulatory and commercial strategy. With a background in large-scale renewable infrastructure and international project development, including senior roles at Eni, Tecnimont, and Rina, he focuses on building platforms, unlocking new markets, and accelerating the integration of sustainable agriculture into the global energy transition.

Sascha Krause-Tünker is responsible for the company business development. He has a strong focus on renewable energy and sustainability. Previously worked as a Consultant and Interim-Manager focusing on project management, IT und finance. He has broad experience in start-up, small- and medium sized businesses as well as big corporations, intersectoral with experiences in production, logistics, energy and services. In 2004 he completed Masters in Business Administration at the Johann Wolfgang Goethe University in Frankfurt am Main in Germany.
