Reegan has worked for 28 years in the energy, telecommunications and retail industries, overseeing national teams offering high-growth products and services to traditional markets and P&L responsibilities. From start-ups to Fortune 500 firms, his specialty is enhancing client relationships and securing new business. Prior to joining SOLV Energy, Reegan secured EPC work for more than 100 MW of solar projects for Intermountain Electric, a Quanta Services company. With over ten years of experience working in solar, he adeptly identifies opportunities for SOLV Energy to provide superior service to plant owners and asset managers within his extensive industry network and has built an O&M portfolio of over 8.5 GW of solar assets in the U.S. In his role, Reegan coordinates with all members of the SOLV Energy team, from field technicians to performance analysts to engineers, to provide informed answers and solutions for clients.

Ioannis Grammatikakis, one of the founding team of inaccess, is a highly experienced Product Manager with solid engineering and business background. He is self-motivated and results-oriented with broad skills including product development, people and project management, account management and new business development. As a senior product manager, Ioannis is focusing on the entire product life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities of UNITY. At the same time, he oversees the company operations in the UK. Ioannis has played a significant role in driving the product, from its birth to a multimillion business with a worldwide presence.
