In his role as Senior Product Marketing Manager, he leverages his profound understanding of the solar sector to drive market growth and product strategy. His expertise spans the entire solar PV technology lifecycle, from product development to market adoption, making him a pivotal voice on the latest innovations and trends in the industry.

Laura is a renewable and software industry sales professional, currently working at RatedPower as Territory Manager for Nordics and Oceania. With a background in International Business and International Trade, Laura previously worked in the business strategy area in various companies as well as as a market analyst for the Government of Spain in Australia.

Krisztián holds a bachelor’s degree in Energy Engineering with a focus on renewable energy and a master’s degree from DTU. He gained early industry experience as an intern at a local independent power producer, contributing to the design of small-scale utility PV plants. In 2022, he joined Sungrow as Product Manager, specializing in utility PV inverters and medium-voltage stations. Since late 2024, his responsibilities have expanded to include battery energy storage systems in line with market developments in Denmark.

With a career defined by leadership and innovation in the Swedish solar sector, Anders is an accomplished entrepreneur, having founded the solar company Kraftpojkarna in 2012 and later co-founding Sunstreet Energy AB, an energy company focused on developing and operating solar, storage, and hydro assets. His expertise extends to advanced energy systems, including VPP systems with unique PPA functionalities. Having served on the board of Svensk Solenergi for six years, Anders's deep knowledge of the industry and his long-standing commitment to the association make him a key figure in driving the country's energy transition.

Passionate about technology and renewable energy, Julian currently works at RatedPower as Principal Consultant. He is a renewable energy engineer and is very familiar with RatedPower’s platform, the digital solution for reducing the cost of electricity and maximising the productivity of industrial-scale PV installations.

Rachel leads engagements encompassing energy storage training, market analysis, electricity and ancillary services price forecasting, energy storage business model optimization, and commercial due diligence. Additionally, Rachel contributes to R&D efforts, including the development of Clean Horizon's in-house BESS optimization tool, COSMOS, and coordinates the company's price forecast activity. Her expertise extends to European countries, with a focus on France, Germany, as well as the Nordic and Baltic regions.

With 17+ years in the renewable energy sector in various senior management positions, Holger is instrumental in developing and executing European Energy's commercial strategy. His expertise spans project finance, mergers and acquisitions, and project development across various renewable technologies. His work is crucial in solidifying European Energy's position as a major global player in the renewable energy market. Prior to this he spent several years with M&A and business development within telecom.

For over 8 years, Ellen has been a key driver of Alight's growth as a leading solar developer in the Nordics. She has helped many large corporations save money and future-proof their renewable energy supply through Power Purchase Agreements, both onsite and offsite. Prior to Alight, Ellen worked as a management consultant at Capgemini Invent and PwC, specializing in digital transformation and strategy. Her deep market expertise and proven track record make her a strong and influential voice on corporate solar procurement.

Christoffer has more than 14 years of experience from the infrastructure and renewable energy sectors as a financial adviser. Before joining DNB Carnegie’s Investment Banking Division (based in Stockholm) in 2018, he worked at PwC’s corporate finance team in Stockholm and London, with a particular focus on energy infrastructure. DNB Carnegie is one of the leading Nordic investment banks with a global focus on renewables, infrastructure and energy transition, and an extensive transaction experience within the sector. In his role at DNB Carnegie, Christoffer is covering renewables and infrastructure primarily across Nordics, Baltics and Poland, including transactions within wind, solar, battery storage, Power-to-X, EV charging etc. as well as the wider infrastructure space.

Zacharias Karlsen Seasoned Infrastructure Investor. Formerly worked at EQT Infrastructure headquarters in Stockholm in March 2016 as an Investment Professional. Between 2019 and 2021 he was based in EQT’s New York office. Prior to EQT Partners, he worked at Citigroup's London and Stockholm offices in the Power & Utilities Team and the Nordic Coverage Team. Zacharias holds a B.Sc. in Business and Economics from Stockholm School of Economics and a Master of Laws from Stockholm University.

Andreas is Member of the BoD Obton Group Holding A/S, Partner and Co-head of acquisitions and financing at Obton A/S. He joined Obton as employee nr. 5 at Obton 11 years ago, which now counts over 300 people. Previously, Andreas has served as Board Member for Koncenton from 2016 to 2021. He is involved in solar since 2009.

Jasmin Bejdic is the Founder and CEO of Copenhagen Energy, a renewable energy developer and power trader based in Copenhagen. With a background in engineering, Jasmin began his career as a project manager before founding Copenhagen Energy. The company focuses on onshore and offshore wind, battery storage, and solar PV. Today, the company has over 40 employees from 14 nationalities and is actively developing projects in five global markets.

Gerard is a leading expert in Solar PV and BESS. With deep knowledge of the entire supply chain, he is recognized as a valuable partner across the solar market. Gerard is hands-on, solution-oriented, and committed to getting results—even when challenges are complex. Known for his direct approach, strong network, and extensive expertise, he is highly respected by European and Asian suppliers, as well as distributors, investors, EPCs, and developers.

With a M.Sc. in Industrial Engineering and Management from KTH, Jenny joined Flower as employee nr.6, which now counts over 140 people. Jenny focuses on Flower's solar- and wind power business - both on buying and selling the power. Besides Flower, Jenny has, for example, been involved in research about solar power in Sub-Saharan Africa. Flower is a next-gen energy company, using AI and machine learning to make renewable energy more stable and always available – even when the sun isn’t shining and the wind isn’t blowing. Through smart optimization and trading of energy assets like wind and solar farms, battery systems, and EV chargers, we make renewable energy reliable and predictable, leading the charge towards the energy system of tomorrow.

Jens-Peter Zink is Executive Vice President and co-owner of European Energy. Jens-Peter has extensive experience with all aspects of the value chain in renewable energy.  Since joining European Energy, Jens-Peter has been responsible for the development, construction, operation, and financing of more than 1.5 GW of renewable energy capacity.  Before he came to European Energy in 2005 as COO, Jens-Peter held a position as manager at KPMG for 10 years.  Jens-Peter holds a Master’s degree in Auditing and Accounting from Copenhagen Business School (CBS).

Corentin graduated in engineering at an engineering school in Paris (Ponts et Chaussées) and studied his master in sustainable energies at the Imperial College in London. Corentin has joined Clean Horizon in 2016 and is now partner, he is heading market analysis activities. As such, he acts as project manager on key market analysis projects as well as price forecasts efforts of the company. Additionally, Corentin is the commercial director of Clean Horizon.

Bo joined NIB’s Project & Structured Finance team in 2020. Prior to joining NIB, he was the Sector Head in Corporate & Institutions Corporate Credit at Danske Bank, responsible for the Construction, Industrials & Materials sectors. Before Danske Bank, Bo worked at the Danish Export Credit Agency, EIFO, where he was involved in several project-financed Renewable Energy projects

Amelia is an energy strategy and advisory consultant at Sweco, focusing on transactional advice, particularly technical and regulatory due diligence for RES and BESS in the Nordics. Previously, she worked as a PV market analyst with a diverse range of clients, including public agencies, utilities, project developers, and non-profit organizations. Amelia represented Sweden for two years in the IEA PVPS Task 1 (Strategic market analysis and outreach) and spent three years part-time on industry policies for a trade association in Brussels. She is also a frequent public speaker and co-author of several reports on solar PV market trends.

Pierre Lebon has more than 20 years of experience implementing and delivering valuation, risk management and quantitative analysis solutions for the commodity market players. He has managed implementation of portfolios ranging from pure financial trading firms to physical heavy power or fuel producers. He currently leads (is the head of) analytics for cQuant's European operations. He holds a financial engineering degree from ESILV's Paris school and was an exchange student at the Quantitative Master of Finance at UTS, Sydney.

Tim has been working at Nordic Solar since 2018. He has 11 years of experience with solar energy, working as CLO at Nordic Solar and Senior Legal Manager at European Energy. In April 2025, Tim was appointed Chief Investment Officer at Nordic Solar. Tim’s capabilities cover M&A, strategy, project and business development within renewables. Tim is a member of the Executive Management at Nordic Solar.

Mikkel joined Our New Energy as a Partner in 2019, and heads up the Nordic and UK markets. He came from a position as Head of Origination at Danske Commodities, where he was responsible for their +6GW renewables PPA portfolio. Our New Energy is the leading European PPA advisor having closed +2.5 GW of long term PPAs for unsubsidised assets across Europe. Mikkel Kring is a strong believer of hybrid projects (wind+solar), and predicts a rapid expansion of solar in particularly in Sweden and Denmark.

Maël is a Research Associate specializing in Nordic & Baltic Power Markets at Aurora Energy Research. In his day-to-day work, he focuses on fundamental long-term forecasting of the Nordic power market, providing crucial insights into its future dynamics. His topics of interest include policy support for energy generation, such as offshore wind and nuclear, Power Purchase Agreements, industry electrification, and grid development. With a background in Mathematics and five years of work experience analyzing the European energy transition, particularly in the Benelux and Nordic regions, Maël brings a strong analytical perspective to understanding and shaping the evolving energy landscape.

Erik joined Norwegian cleantech startup Glint Solar as a Senior Customer Success Manager in 2025, where he is responsible for clients in the Nordic and DACH regions. With extensive experience in business development and customer care, he supports solar and BESS developers in adopting technology to de-risk early-stage projects and accelerate their project pipelines. Erik holds a Master’s degree in Industrial Management, and previously worked extensively in the field of cyber security, where he supported some of Europe's largest enterprises in areas such as data protection, risk mitigation, and business continuity.

An accomplished director with a focus on utility projects (IPP/IWPP/IWP), Georg brings over 20 years of extensive experience in the renewable energy industry, including multiple leadership roles in international sales and business development at solar companies such as LONGi, Ideematec, and First Solar. Since last year, Georg has been leading Voltage’s European market entry as General Manager and Head of Europe. His vast expertise includes establishing new business units and sales channels, managing international specialist teams, and developing winning strategies in the international utility sectors, whether in EPCs, suppliers or engineered-by-purpose power plants. With a strong track record in acquiring major agreements and managing key accounts across renewables, storage, inverters, and PV modules, Georg offers valuable insights into optimizing project performance and navigating the evolving grid landscape in Iberia.

Warren has over 20 years experience in the energy sector, first as a Partner at McKinsey with a focus on energy, and subsequently as co-founder and CEO of his own renewable energy business, Vireo Energy, operating in Eastern Europe. Prior to becoming CEO in 2024, he acted as COO, leading Alight’s teams responsible for procurement, construction and asset management of all our solar assets, as well as sourcing and developing new solar sites.

Morten Pindstrup is the International Chief Engineer for the Danish transmission system operator, with a background in a thermal generation company. He focuses on designing the future market framework for offshore grids, ensuring transparency, equal access, and scalability while providing clear investment signals to offshore wind developers. Morten participates in the implementation of network codes for electricity in Europe, the integration of renewable energy into the electricity system, and the development of markets for cross-border energy trading. Recently, he has supported system operators in India, Colombia, and Mexico in their efforts to integrate wind power into their electricity systems. Previously, Morten was tasked with representing Energinet in the European joint grid development under the European Transmission System Operators for Electricity (ENTSO-E). His main contribution was to the bi-annual Ten Year Network Development Plan (TYNDP). He has extensive experience in system analysis and market modeling, both from a generator's perspective and from a transmission system operator's point of view. Additionally, Morten works on the market rules for infrastructure projects and has been responsible for developing the business case for the Viking Link project, a 1400MW HVDC interconnector between Denmark and England.

With over 20 years of experience in the solar and energy storage sectors, John boasts a remarkable track record of success. He's expertly built high-performing sales and marketing teams while consistently identifying, developing, and realizing new business opportunities across the globe. His extensive background includes pivotal leadership roles such as EVP of Global Sales and Service at SMA, a leading Germany-based solar inverter supplier, and CSO of Ideematec Trackers, a prominent Germany-based solar tracker supplier. John also served as the Managing Director for Trina Solar Australia and New Zealand, a leading China-based solar module manufacturer, further solidifying his deep expertise in the global solar landscape.

Entrepreneur with focus on driving sustainable growth within renewable energy. Founder of wind power developer Kraftö in 2006. Over the last 7 years Christoffer has focused on Solar and Energy storage as CEO of Soltech Energy Solutions. Under his leadership the company has transformed from a 2meur technical consulting firm to a 60meur B2B Utility size Developer, EPC and O&M provider with approximately 100 employees working in Solar and Energy Storage.

Mikkel Hauge Jensen is the Country Director for Denmark at Mind Energy and has over 18 years of experience in the energy sector. He has played a central role in developing the customer business segment at Mind Energy (formerly known as Energi Danmark). Throughout his time in the group, Mikkel has led the development and implementation of various strategic energy solutions – including Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs) and innovative initiatives in flexible electricity consumption and frequency regulation in the Danish power grid. With Mind Energy’s Nordic market focus, Mikkel also serves as Head of the Nordic Producer segment, where he leads collaboration with producers of renewable energy across the Nordic markets and ensures value-creation and future-oriented solutions.

Joan Philip von Hülst is Vice President of M&A and Head of the London Office at Apricum – The Cleantech Advisory. With a background in both financial auditing and cleantech-focused M&A, he brings deep expertise in buy- and sell-side transactions, private equity strategy, and valuation across renewable energy and manufacturing sectors. Joan plays a key role in advising strategic growth and investment in the global clean technology landscape.

Having worked in the renewables industry in technical lead roles for over 20 years, David has established himself as a leading expert on solar PV and energy storage. He has led technical teams in design and implementation of over 5GW of PV projects as well as Solar & Storage integrated projects. David now holds a position as an ESS expert in Huawei.

Nicola Kopij Zanin is an Independent Consultant at Solarplaza. He covers the role of M&A Director at PST, a Polish-based IPP & developer. Nicola holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Business from LUISS University in Rome, a Master's degree in Finance & Investments from Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University, and has obtained the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Level 2 Certificate.
