As a CEO of GoldenPeaks Trading Switzerland AG, Aldevinas currently leads the commercial optimization of one of the quickest growing solar and storage portfolios across European markets.

Anna Chmielewska

Anna has 15 years of finance and banking experience, including extensive expertise in structured finance.Currently Anna is responsible for EBRD activity in Central Europe with focus on Power, Energy & Utilities business segment. Her responsibilities involve structuring and execution of EBRD's financings including project finance structures, public-private partnerships and privatisations.Anna joined EBRD in 2006, and since then she has led numerous financing in different sectors (including also natural resources, transport, property) with an gradually increasing specialisation in energy and infrastructure. These transactions included wide range of complex debt, equity as well as syndicated deals. Prior to joining EBRD, Anna worked at Barclays Capital in London. Before that she gained experience at AIB in Dublin, HVB in Munich and National Bank of Poland.Anna holds PhD in Economics from the Warsaw School of Economics, MA in Finance from the Warsaw School of Economics, CEMS Masters in International Management.

Miłosz Gliński

Miłosz Gliński is an executive director with Santander Corporate & Investment Banking, based in Warsaw. He is responsible for innovative ESG financing solutions for both corporate clients and financial investors, with a particular focus on renewables and emerging energy technologies. Miłosz recently concentrated on expanding the scope of ESG financing products available in Poland, including coordinating and executing the first ESG-linked syndicated loan in the CEE region, as well as helping establish Santander as a leading Project Finance lender in Poland in the renewable space. In addition, he leads Santander Poland’s efforts in emerging energy technologies, including energy storage and green hydrogen.

Maciej Rebajn

Maciej Rebajn is Head of BESS at Respect Energy, responsible for all battery storage–related activities within the company. He coordinates the commercial strategy, market entry assessments, and asset optimisation for the BESS portfolio, working closely with technology partners, investors, and grid operators to maximise project returns and system performance. Previously, Maciej served as Head of Strategy Execution and Business Development at Qemetica, where he oversaw strategic initiatives, international expansion, and M&A for one of the largest industrial businesses in Central Europe. Before that, he spent nine years at Bain & Company in Europe, Australia, and Asia, advising energy, infrastructure, and private equity clients on mergers and acquisitions, growth strategies, and performance improvement. Maciej holds a Master’s degree in Finance and Accounting from the Warsaw School of Economics and is passionate about innovation in the energy transition.

Shannon O'Connell is the Co-Founder and CEO of Stora Energy. Shannon brings nearly two decades of renewable energy, engineering, and construction management experience. Before founding Stora , she served as a director at NextEra Energy, the largest renewables company in the US, as well as a country manager at R.Power Renewables, a leading renewable energy firm in Poland. She has founded and led multiple new ventures in the energy space in both Europe and the US. She is a graduate of MIT and Harvard Business School.

Dariusz Perkowski is responsible for development and management of BESS, identifying new business models and markets for BESS. He is also in charge of providing ancillary services from wind, PV and BESS assets. Dariusz has over 10 years of experience in the energy sector gained in large energy groups and advisory where he held various roles in different areas, including strategy, consulting, M&A and project management. Prior to joining Energix he held a C-level position in a company providing PV and BESS for the C&I sector. Energix is an IPP present in Israel, the USA, and Poland with a total portfolio of 1 GW of wind and PV and 300 MWh of BESS in operations and 9 GW of wind and PV and 8 GWh of BESS in the development stage.

At a pan-European level, he heads commercial offtake and route-to-market origination for a diversified portfolio of generation and storage assets across CEE markets.

Olga Sypuła - Engineer, project manager, and urban planner with degrees from the Koszalin University of Technology and the Warsaw University of Technology. Since 2007, she has built extensive experience in the energy sector, spending 14 years at WKN/Sevivon. Since January 2021, she has served as the Vice President & Regional Manager of Central Europe at European Energy. In addition to her professional work, she is deeply committed to knowledge sharing, regularly engaging in public speaking and actively participating in industry panel discussions. She is the originator and organizer of the renowned Polish-Danish Energy Roundtable, chairwoman of the onshore wind energy working group at the Polish Wind Energy Association, a member of the RES Council, and an active contributor to several working groups at the Lewiatan Confederation. She is also the originator and a member of the Programme Council of the Power2Future Foundation - an interdisciplinary platform integrating business, science, policy, and civil society, focused on energy security and the green transition.

Czarek is a finance professional with over 20 years of experience in Structured Finance, LBOs, M&A, and Corporate Finance Advisory. He gained his expertise at Bank Pekao S.A. and BRE Corporate Finance (mBank / Commerzbank Group), where he advised on some of the most complex transactions in Poland and across Europe. His core focus is the origination and financing of bankable long-term renewable energy projects, including PV and wind farms operating under CfD, PPA, and merchant models. Czarek oversees in-house management teams and a broader pool of analysts, supervises credit processes and key transaction documentation, and monitors projects throughout construction and operational phases. He has led and executed numerous project finance transactions in renewables and energy infrastructure, including wind and PV portfolios for leading developers, energy-from-waste facilities, and gas-fired power plants. His experience also spans LBO and acquisition finance, real estate, infrastructure, commodity, and corporate financing across Poland, CEE, and Western Europe. In the LBO space, he has worked on landmark transactions with top-tier private equity funds. Czarek is a graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics. Outside work, his interests include squash, politics, and literature.
