Edwin and Ann chat about the increasing importance of laying the right groundwork for PV plant design and yield projections. Ann explains that, for plants over 20 MW, a proper "ground campaign" - including a year's worth of irradiance measurements, soiling studies, and albedo data - will allow owner-operators to have a defensible and actionable energy production assessment that will strengthen their negotiating position significantly.
