Kostis has 10 years of renewable energy, technical design, sales, and management experience.He currently directs the business development activities of Inaccess in Europe and the USA, focusing on solar, storage, hybrid and off-grid projects. Inaccess is one of the top worldwide independent providers of Control, Monitoring, Grid & Market integration solutions. He manages Inaccess' relationships with asset owners, investors, developers and asset managers, tracks and maintains competitive intelligence, and assists in the development and structuring of partnerships.He is a graduate of the Technical University of Eindhoven, the Netherlands having acquired a PDEng in Smart Energy Buildings & Cities and a MSc in Sustainable Energy Technology and also holds a Diploma of Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Patras, Greece.

Roberto Cardoso is the Director of Service at Sungrow Americas, where he oversees the Company’s technical, commissioning and service support for the globally leading PV manufacturer’s  nearly 3.5 GW of deployed PV inverters and storage solutions to residential, commercial and utility installations in the Pan-American region. Roberto spearheaded the company’s launch of a now fully active 24/7 service center for the Americas, centralized in Phoenix, Arizona. Prior to joining Sungrow, Roberto was Director of Service Operations at Swiss manufacturer, ABB. He has also held positions at global firms such as Schneider Electric and Fisher and Paykel and holds an MBA from Pepperdine University and bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering from Lima Peru’s Universidad Ricardo Palma.

Lynsey Tibbs is an experienced engineer with 16 years experience in the energy sector. She's skilled in the field of power generation, with a focus on solar energy. Lynsey is specifically responsible for supporting the operations of the Silicon Ranch solar fleet which totals 2GW and spans 17 US States. She's particularly focused on daily operations, long-term performance management and strategic planning for fleet operational success.

Tara Doyle is Chief Commercial Officer of PV Evolution Labs (PVEL), the leading independent lab for the global downstream solar industry. She currently leads PVEL’s business development, project management and marketing teams.  With over 15 years of solar industry experience, Tara built the foundation of PVEL’s commercial operations as one of the company’s earliest employees. She began her career at SunPower where she managed corporate operations and client engagement programs. Tara is an author of PVEL’s Scorecards and holds a BA from St. Mary’s College of California and an M.Sc. from Huntington University of Health Sciences.

Jeff Wang, an accomplished speaker and expert in the solar energy industry. Jeff holds a physics degree from the University of Hawaii and has been dedicated to the industry since 2006. With his expertise in DC cabling and connectors, Jeff has worked diligently to support customers in optimizing their CAPEX and minimizing their OPEX while improving safety in PV installation. He has had the privilege of visiting over 10GW of solar installation sites and has trained over 2000 installers since joining Staubli in 2017. Jeff is passionate about sharing his knowledge and expertise to help advance the industry. He has spoken at numerous conferences and events around the world and is always eager to learn from others.

John Franzino founded GridSecurity to address an emerging customer need and focus on delivering network operations and managed security services for critical infrastructure at scale. John has spent the last 10 years working within the power industry, with a focus on inverter-based renewable power generation and control center operations. With intimate knowledge of NERC compliance and hands-on experience implementing security controls in SCADA environments, John seeks to always provide pragmatic, risk-based solutions to GridSecurity’s clients. Prior to GridSecurity, John served in various leadership roles within GridSME, including CEO, where he used his knack for balancing technical and business objectives to help grow GridSME. John has a B.S. in Materials Engineering from Cal Poly and a M.S. in Cybersecurity Operations and Leadership from University of San Diego.

Tony Hill is SMA’s Senior Manager of Operations and Maintenance where he brings more than 13 years of experience in renewable energy including both wind and solar. Hill oversees SMA’s state-of-the-art operations and monitoring center which currently monitors the health of more than 900 utility and distributed generation PV sites throughout North and South America. Additionally, Hill is responsible for data analytics, performance engineering and cybersecurity.
