Chief Operations Officer

(32-40 hours a week)

As COO, you will be responsible for providing the leadership and management necessary to ensure that the company has the proper team structure, personnel, operational controls, processes, and workflows in place to meet our growth plans.
This role reports to the CEO and manages the Project Management activities, Business Development -, Marketing -, HR -, and Business support Managers and team leaders. Additional responsibilities include overseeing budget management, financial planning, use of facilities and related activities.

Project Manager (Solar Energy Industry)

(40 hours a week)

To further grow our business, we are looking for a new member to join our team of project managers. Based upon your skills and fit with the team, you will be either working on more technical solar topics focusing on the longer term performance of solar plants, or finance / business oriented conferences that look at development opportunities in the industry.
