The estimated production is 1.200 kWh/kWp/year, optimal slope, 0 degrees Azimuth (Climate- SAF PVGIS estimates the production is 1.290 kWh/kWp/year). The FiT is € 0.222/kWh (if connected in the 1st Semester of 2012. Base FIT €0,172 plus an extra incentive of € 0,05 for making use of “wasteland”). Energy Sales price is € 0.09/kWh. The land acquisition type is Lease (Surface Right Contract), at € 7.125 per year. Total annual OPEX is € 41.813 (Includes O&M, Insurance, land lease costs and Administration). Anual average ROE is € 112.638. The IRR is 15% (75% Leveraged). DSCR: 1,35.

 

Modules are Canadian Solar (240 Wp poly-si). Mounting structure is an open field mounting system. SMA inverters. 

 

Permit status: ENEL proposal for Grid Connection has been received. Down payment to be made to ENEL of €29.711 Euro. The Province of Piacenza confirmed the A.U will be issued as soon as the ENEL down payment is done.

Start of construction: A.U is issued within 1 month upon payment of €29.711 to ENEL. Start construction after 60 days public appeal period. Approx. April 2012.
