One More Solar Overhang Removed; Italian Draft Law In Line
Overview
We have analyzed the draft Italian solar energy Law (Conto Energia 5)
with lawyers, industry associations, and parties within the political process. On
the margin the law is as expected, solar installs in Italy will decline sharply in
2012 (as expected) but demand may be more stable longer term.
