awarded to Trans Ad for the placement approximately

there was no access to power the lights in the shelters, a

shelters.
Trans Ad looked to Tolar Manufacturing Company

advertising kiosks that utilized Sol’s Transit Shelter Ad

illumination for the advertisement as well as lighting
within the shelter that offers safety and security to waiting
