Solsonica: established NewCo Solsonica Energia for development of PV Systems
With a view to boosting the photovoltaic systems sector, Solsonica Energia S.r.l. has been set up. This company is a 100% subsidiary of Solsonica S.p.A.
Its purposes will be the design and production for the sale and/or operation of medium and large-size photovoltaic systems.
Solsonica Energia will handle all the stages of a turnkey sale, from the initial evaluation, and technical and bureaucratic aspects, up to the sale of the systems.
Solsonica Energia, counting on the solid bases and competence to be found within a large industrial group, will represent a strategic asset for Solsonica S.p.A.
It will present itself to the photovoltaic market as a qualified and innovative partner whose business is addressed to important users, including institutional investors, investment funds and private equity firms.
