Tepco Starts Solar Plant in Japan’s Yamanashi Prefecture

BLOOMBERG - Tokyo Electric Power Co. started operations at a 10-megawatt solar-power plant in Japan’s Yamanashi prefecture, near Tokyo, according to a statement on the utility’s website today.
