Belgium's Enfinity, Titan Energy to build 1 GW of solar PV in India's Andhra Pradesh
PENNWELL - Enfinity, a Belgium-based renewable energy developer, and Titan Energy Systems, a manufacturer of photovoltaic modules, are to collaborate on developing, financing and constructing 1 GW of solar photovoltaic installations on 3000 acres of land in Andhra Pradesh, India in the coming five years.
Enfinity has said that Andhra Pradesh Industrial Infrastructure Corporation (APIIC), an undertaking of the government of Andhra Pradesh, will allocate in long lease 3000 acres of land in the villages of Thumalla, Dademavaripalli, Pulikuntapalli, Karimireddypalli and Lokogipalli, and at the industrial park of Amadugur near Kadiri, all in the Anantapur district in Andhra Pradesh.
