Amtech Systems gets $37M in new solar orders
HOSTEDAP - TEMPE, Ariz. (AP) -- Amtech Systems, Inc. said Thursday that a subsidiary has received $37 million in new solar orders from customers in Asia.
The company, which makes equipment for manufacturing both solar cells and semiconductors, said its Tempress Systems Inc. unit will provide diffusion processing systems to several new and existing customers.
