PV ROME MEDITERRANEAN will, once more, be one of the main halls of ZEROEMISSION ROME , the important event dedicated to renewable energies for the Mediterranean area, which, in 2009, closed its doors with record figures : 25,400 visitors (there were 18,000 in 2008), 400 exhibitors (300 in 2008), an exhibition area of 30,000 square metres, (+30% compared to the previous edition), 56 conference sessions , with 377 speakers .
Now at its 4th edition, PV ROME MEDITERRANEAN
confirms, year after year, in being a unique occasion to present and
promote a sector, such as that of photovoltaics, developing rapidly in
Italy. In fact, by the end of 2009 there will be 900 MW of installed
power, for a total of 70,000 plants, while by the end of 2010 the
estimate is for 1,500 MW of installed power and 100,000 plants.
