Only people/companies registered as Silicon (free) members can be active on the SolarPlaza Trading Floor.
A "Trader" is the Company or Organisation that submits a Business Offer or Request to the SolarPlaza Trading Floor.
A "Buyer" is the Company or Organisation that wants to buy a Business Offer from the Trading Floor;
Offers and Requests on the SolarPlaza Trading Floor are anonymous. A Buyer can respond to an offer by using a form to be send by e-mail. The e-mail address of the Trader will not be disclosed.
A trader is free to disclose his e-mail address or telephone number by putting them in the description field of the offer.
A Buyer can respond to Business Offers/Requests by clicking on the "Respond" button (after logging in). They then can complete and submit the Response form. The form will be sent directly to the Trader without disclosing the e-mail address of the Trader.
Offers will be removed automatically from the Trading Floor after 1 month. After 1 month the Trader may renew and submit a (revised) Offer.
At its absolute discretion, SolarPlaza may refuse, block or remove Business Offers or Requests submitted to SolarPlaza at any time if they do not relate to the solar business, the mission of SolarPlaza or can be construed as deliberate misuse or abuse.
SolarPlaza will not levy any additional charges for any deals realised via the Trading Floor. The submission of a Business Offer or Request is free of charge.
At the absolute discretion of SolarPlaza, Business Offers/Requests may be published (without any additional cost to the member) in SolarPlaza Update & Newsletter (SUN), which is published and distributed to SolarPlaza members (thousands of solar organisations and installers) or in the weekly SolarPlaza TradeMail.
SolarPlaza cannot accept any responsibility for any inaccuracy, contents, etc, of Business Offers or Requests posted on its Trading Floor.
