The procedure is free of charge for companies with a business request and anonymous until a deal can be closed. For companies that would like to promote a specific business offer, the service is offered on a no deal, no cost basis. This means you only pay a small fee in case a business deal can be made. Procedure Matchmaking service
Companies with a business request:

1. Send us your specified business request or offer
2. Acceptance check by SolarPlaza
3. Sign with SolarPlaza a one-page matchmaking agreement
4. SolarPlaza starts the search based on your information (anonymous)
5. Receive anonymous offers or potential customers from SolaPlaza
6. Match possible? SolarPlaza will exchange the contact data between both supplier and customer.
7. Discuss last details of deal directly with the supplier or customer
8. Inform SolarPlaza about the results of the deal
9. SolarPlaza charges supplier if a business deal is established

Information for suppliers:
The SolarPlaza matchmaking service for suppliers is a no deal no cost sales tool. Suppliers interested in delivering according to the requirements of a business request, or promoting a product offer via SolarPlaza will only be charged a small fee (usually 0.5-1%) if a business deal can be established. No fee will be charged if a deal cannot be realised. The service is based on confidentiality and trust, formalised in only a one-page agreement. Trusted partners fulfilling the matchmaking service obligations will receive a higher internal SolarPlaza rating and preferential position in following new potential business deals.
