Please make your own travel arrangements to and from Madrid and to the hotel where the tour will start. These costs are not included in the fee for the Trade Mission. Please ensure that you book your flights early.

Your passport should be valid for at least three months beyond the date of your return (including available empty pages).

A valid passport is required for visitors to Spain and/or the Canary Islands. The passport should be valid for at least three months beyond the date of your expected departure from the country. You must also have proof of sufficient funds for the duration of your stay and be in possession of an onward or return ticket.

Please consult the Consular Affairs Office in the country from where you are travelling from for recent travel reports on Spain.

The currency used in Spain is the euro (EUR). All major credit cards are widely accepted. Foreign currency can be exchanged at banks and exchange offices (known as “cambios” in Spain).

SolarPlaza will make block bookings in hotels (4 stars) in Madrid and the other cities that will be visited during the tour (hotels to be confirmed). Reservations within the block booking can only be made by SolarPlaza. SolarPlaza will reserve your room and make the required payment for the period covered by the tour. Should you decide to stay longer, please pay for the additional nights separately. We would be grateful if you did not contact the hotel directly regarding room reservations within the block booking.

Confirmation of your hotel reservation(s) will be provided by SolarPlaza. Your credit card information may be used to only make the reservation for the hotel accommodation.

Should you wish to make changes to your reservation(s) after 10 November 2005, please contact the hotel directly and inform SolarPlaza in writing. Any cancellation of a hotel reservation (apart from those included in the tour) may be subject to charges being levied by the individual hotels. ’No show’ charges or late cancellation fees will be directly charged to the participants.

You will need to complete and sign a Subscription Form, which is available on our website (you can also click here), to participate in the Trade Mission. All delegates are required to wear their accreditation badge to gain access to the venues. Accreditation badges will be provided by SolarPlaza at the various hotels in which you will be staying during the Trade Mission.
