After receiving your fax with registration details, SolarPlaza will confirm your registration and send you the corresponding invoice. We will provide you with a draft itinerary, company profile and other necessary information. Plus we will send you documents to start visa application.
We can only accept a limited number of participants for this international PV Business Tour. Since the first edition of this tour was oversubscribed and visa applications can take some time, we advise you to register soon.

MISSION FEE
The fee for the PV Business Tour China is € 2,950 per delegate which includes local transport in China, single room accommodation (4-5 star hotels), briefings, receptions, most meals, programme costs, briefing material and participation in all aspects of the business programme including brokerage and hospitality events (where applicable).
Discounts are available for SolarPlaza members (see Subscription Form).
Should you invite or convince a colleague or business relation to register jointly with you, you can both receive a € 250 discount!
Excluded are all costs related to international travel (airfares, coach fares, visas, etc.). Participants should anticipate limited additional expenses such as for meals not listed and individual hotel incidentals. Those delegates requesting individual appointments as part of the Trade Mission may incur additional expenses for assistance.
Please note that payment must be made by either a credit card or bank draft to SolarPlaza - Ref: "PV Business Tour China 2006 II". Your participation will be confirmed upon receipt of full payment. (We cannot accept personal cheques.)
Cancellation is only possible if SolarPlaza receives written notification by the registration deadline of 20 November 2006. Refunds will not be made after 20 November 2006.
