The first edition of the Unlocking Solar Capital series took place on November 1-2, 2016, in Nairobi to gather key stakeholders and discuss some of the most important themes in the solar electrification sector in Africa. Organized by Solarplaza and GOGLA, the conference gathered over 350 on-grid, minigrid and off-grid solar industry representatives, investors, development finance institutions, and other stakeholders – providing a platform to share experiences, network and form partnerships.
