The FiT for PV systems under the Renewable Energy Act (EEG) is adjusted automatically every month. Here, a constant lowering of rates by 1% is provided. The FiT is lowered further if the installed new capacity exceeds the defined corridor of 2,500 to 3,500MW p.a.. Because this is the case now, the tariffs for PV systems in the period from 1 February to 30 April 2013 fall first of each month by 2.2%.
